中文摘要隨著國產轎車受到車市買氣走緩,以及進口車大軍壓境等影響而減產,加上外銷市場需求不振,連帶影響汽車零組件產值同步下滑,加上新車市場的銷售量已趨於飽和,汽車維修的總營業額卻逐年成長。隨著副廠牌零件品質提升,價格降低的趨勢下,以及私人保修服務逐漸普及,使得原廠汽車修理廠面臨大眾運輸網綿密,用車頻度降低、副廠零件品質提升與價格降低、人才流失、素質不一、顧客對服務品質要求過高等困境。如何有效衡量維修廠服務績效,為各汽車維修業者最為重要議題。本研究以提昇原廠汽車維修服務績效為目的,探討對於原廠修理業提升服務績效關鍵因素的影響構面,整理出影響服務績效的重要因子,以修正式模糊德爾菲法專家問卷確認因子
