與技能(R2 = 57.8%)。本研究結論為學生具有良好的工作知識、與他人互動情形以及個人儀容能提升面臨工作壓力時的能力與技能。因此,建議未來在學生的實習計畫中,增加提升工作知識、與他人互動以及個人儀容的相關課程。
