科技創新引發大眾消費習慣的改變,現今消費者於便利商店購物時,也不再侷限只能仰賴傳統現金支付方式,可以擁有更多支付選擇,除此之外,只要下載便利商店業者自行開發的專屬APP(Application,應用程式),就能享有自動蒐集點數、發票、咖啡寄杯、轉贈給親朋好友等功能,只需在手機上即可完成,不僅減少繁複的作業流程,還帶給消費者以及便利商店業者,簡便快速的購物體驗,這也引起本研究探討消費者選擇下載便利商店APP之關鍵因素動機。 本研究藉由文獻整理後,建構出影響消費者選擇下載便利商店APP之關鍵因素及層級架構,得出5個關鍵構面,以及22個關鍵因素,並收集62位有使用便利商店APP有效受測者問卷

,以層級分析法(AHP, Analytic Hierarchy Process)進行分析,以此探討消費者選擇下載便利商店APP之關鍵因素。本研究結果顯示,影響消費者選擇下載便利商店APP之構面排序為:「APP功能」、「APP設計」、「集點活動」、「其他優惠活動」、「企業」,前五名重要的因素排序為「多元支付」、「會員福利」、「現金折抵」、「咖啡跨店寄杯」、「隱私及安全」。 最後,本研究依前五名因素提出建議,希望協助便利商店業者擬定未來平台APP研發及發展策略,使其APP功能能更加貼近使用者的需求。
