台灣的中小學生從去年(110年5月)起因疫情開始在家進行線上學習,學習型態有很大轉變。研究者觀察到進行線上學習時,老師和學生可能會遇到以下幾項挑戰:(1)學生家中電子設備功能異常,導致無法參與線上課程。(2)在線上課程中教師可能無法即時給予學生回饋或鷹架。(3)學生需要熟悉線上討論的方式。(4)多數遠距課程無法培養學生的核心素養。面對當前的狀況,本研究為八年級學生設計二回線上翻轉教室實施科學探究導向實驗的課程,該課程以三個主軸建構而成,分別為遠距教學、翻轉教室以及科學探究,藉此使學生在線下的環境中完成基本知識的學習,而在線上的環境則能夠進行高層次學習活動,例如:同儕討論、實驗規劃、實驗操作等

,進而培養核心素養,並促進學生在線上學習環境中的學習成效。本研究採用「個案研究法」,研究者即為教學者,對象為5位自願參加課程的偏鄉國中生。在課程前、後,使用科學態度量表、成就測驗、半結構晤談、課室錄影,分析學生的學習成效,其中學習成效涵蓋了學習情形、學習成就以及科學態度三個面向,並且整理出教師與學生在線上翻轉教室實施科學探究導向實驗課程中,遇到的困難以及因應策略。研究結果顯示,學生經歷線上翻轉教室實施科學探究導向實驗的課程後,學習成效有提升的現象,且在線上翻轉教室實施科學探究導向實驗課程遇到的困難,大多數都有獲得解決,最後本研究也對未來相關教學與研究提出建議。
