隨著資訊科技及創新應用服務不斷發展，新型態攻擊手法也隨著環境演變而快速進化，隨之而來各種網路惡意攻擊活動更是層出不窮，近年來，受益於人工智慧快速發展，運用機器學習演算法學習大量數據，快速建立相應領域知識模型來判讀已知或未知攻擊，將有助於降低新型態攻擊威脅。然而，攻擊異常行為多半具有偽裝和隐藏特性，對應機器學習領域即是所謂的類別不平衡及類別重疊問題，疊加兩種問題，使得分類問題變得更複雜與困難。為解決上述困難，本論文提出具備動態感知調控的階層式集成模型架構，先以二分類模型去除不重要訓練及預測資料，簡化多分類處理資料採樣及類別重疊問題複雜度，有效縮短模型訓練時間，同時引入動態分類閾值調控機制(NC

CR)，藉由提高異常偵測敏感度，有效降低偵測漏報率，接著透過第二層多元分類模型實施過採樣及後驗機率極近鄰法(Proximity)，除了修正原本遭誤判分類，更進一步提升預測效率及多類別辨識準確度。所提出的分層堆疊架構搭配動態分類閾值(NCCR)及預測機率極近鄰(Proximity)方法，可以提升入侵偵測系統Geo(2.095%) / F1(1.43%)異常多分類總效能，包含(1)以NCCR方法降低異常類漏報率(FN)為零；(2)針對類別不平衡採用分層堆疊架構，提升Geo(0.783%) / F1(0.593%)分類準確率，減少4倍原始多分類和3倍經特徵減化模型訓練時間、1.58倍原始多分類和1.

24倍經特徵減化模型預測時間；(3)針對類別重疊，以Proximity方法提升Geo(1.315%) / F1(0.519%)分類準確率；(4)針對分類不確定性，以Margin方法篩選98.32%高信心分類品質，提升Geo(6.231%) / F1(7.903%)分類準確率。
