25.0統計軟體進行迴歸分析。研究結果發現，創新擴散理論中「相對優勢」、「相容性」與「複雜性」及PZB服務品質模式「有形性」、「反應性」與「保證性」等6項皆對於「使用意願」、「滿意度」及「持續使用意願」皆有顯著性的影響。本研究認為智能客服為各行各業之創新服務，而使用意願越高越有助於滿意度的提升，業者可以藉由優化智能客服達到競爭優勢，並提升服務品質與顧客滿意度。

本研究課程根據「幼兒園教保活動課程大綱」，配合十二年國教環境覺知、環境知識、環境態度、環境技能與環境行動等環境教育目標，自編蝴蝶保育之幼兒環境教育課程教案、學習單及問卷評量量表，並以黏土自製蝴蝶的卵、幼蟲、蛹、成蟲等一生完全變態之模型爲教具。研究選取樣本和範圍採便利抽樣，以臺中市東區某幼兒園學童爲研究對象，採準實驗研究法，分爲實驗組與對照組一、對照組二各30人，共計90名幼童。實驗組實施蝴蝶保育課程教學並介入黏土蝴蝶教具學習，對照組一僅實施蝴蝶保育課程教學但未介入黏土蝴蝶教具學習，對照組二則不介入任何教學及教具學習。配合蝴蝶保育課程以環境教育五大目標自編之問卷評量量表作為研究工具，問卷經由專

家審查修改及刪減題項後發展成一份具有信、效度的正式問卷，於教學前針對三組學童實施問卷前測，時隔一週教學後再進行後測。彙整之問卷評量量表以spss for windows 18.0 軟體，進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定及成對樣本t檢定分析。由分析結果比較實驗組的環境覺知、環境知識、環境態度、環境技能、環境行動各面向後測平均數得分為36.80、9.00、45.10、36.70、26.00分，均分別高於對照組一的各項後測平均數得分22.13、6.70、35.87、22.87、15.80分，及對照組二的各項後測平均數得分9.73、3.17、27.00、9.63、7.40分。參與蝴蝶保育課程學習及介入黏
