過去研究探討行動支付使用態度之前因及中介變數不多,本研究主要針對知覺易用性、感染風險認知與自我效能等變數探討其對於使用態度的影響,以知覺有用性為中介變數,在選擇實證樣本時,以全台灣之台電用戶做為研究對象。 本研究共收回407份有效問卷,利用迴歸分析,研究之結果分述如下:(1) 知覺有用性正向影響使用態度;(2) 知覺易用性透過知覺有用性正向影響使用態度; (3) 感染風險認知透過知覺有用性正向影響使用態度;(4) 自我效能透過知覺有用性正向影響使用態度;(5) 自我效能對知覺易用性有正向影響。並依據本研究之結果,提出相關建議供台電業者參考。

根據衛生福利部疾病管制署資料,在2019年12月首次發現嚴重特殊肺炎(新冠肺炎, COVID-19)確診病例後,疫情即擴散至全球多國,截至2021年12月25日,全球已累積2.79億例確診個案,其中逾539.5萬人死亡,也成為人類歷史上大規模傳染病之一。相關研究指出,人類的健康及生命與個人的健康識能(Health Literacy)程度有相當密切之關聯性。多位學者也指出此次疫情之一發不可收拾與各國民眾健康生活習慣、健康生活環境與健康識能程度息息相關。因此人們的健康識能也漸漸被重視。目前,國內外有許多提升健康識能的各類型資料與課程,但大部分的課程枯燥乏味,導致民眾學習意願降低。隨著資通科技(I

nformation Communication Technology, ICT)與網路的迅速發展,過去十年全球使用智慧型設備(Smart Device)的普及率急劇增加,而手機的使用者不再只是年輕人,年長者的使用率也逐漸攀升,因而使行動醫療(mHealth)也漸成為科技發展後的健康促進趨向。國內外有相當多研究指出,將科技融入知識的學習方式可以讓學習不再枯燥乏味,可以有效提升自我學習動機與學習成效。本研究依據增強理論(Reinforcement Theory)來建構一套學習系統,利用Scratch 3.0 遊戲開發引擎設計將健康素養融入於遊戲情境,希望運用科技融入知識模式,有效提升學習動機並達
