快速接頭對承受不同高壓狀況之設計改良

在工業蓬勃發展下,工廠設備與管道壓力系統息息相關,管道接頭也已廣泛應用於機械、化工、電子、半導體等產業。常見的管道接頭依照連接形式分為硬管接頭、軟管接頭及快速接頭,快速接頭是一種不需要任何工具即可快速連接及斷開的接頭,主要構造由一母體及一子體對接。過去快速接頭常因高壓、設備震動、碰撞及拉扯等等種種因素造成脫落,帶有壓力的接頭脫落導致洩漏而危害生命、財產及環境安全,因此快速接頭的連接機構設計就顯得重要,本研究應用電腦輔助工程分析軟體,探討研究設計改良可以有效的增強機構連結避免脫落與洩漏,並能夠針對不同壓力環境選擇合適的模型,作為日後研發設計快速接頭的準則。  本研究使用雙閥門快速接頭作為研究標

石化管線定期維護考量到人力負擔和安全性等職場工安議題,因此,發展自動化檢測載具可以減低人員疲態又能維持檢測精準程,管線環境存在許多如支撐件、異徑管等變化點增添載具行駛難易度。本研究之目的在於設計一種能通過不同管徑的管線且能翻越法蘭之載具,原型機的各部位零件由Solidwork軟體繪製,零件皆以3D列印技術製作,以永久磁鐵吸附做為載具的吸附方式,控制器採用Arduino Mega 2560開發版,載具驅動是藉由4組微型直流減速馬達,整體構造由一個本體、前後各一對連接臂、擺臂、磁吸輪和磁吸力移除裝置所組成,當遇到障礙物時,磁吸附移除裝置能展時解除載具的吸附力讓連結臂順利轉動180度,之後帶動本體

翻過法蘭,。最終原型機於實體管線作測試,結果顯示,載具能行駛於兩種尺寸的管線並能通過異徑管和法蘭,載具的承載重量能達560g,可以搭載較小型的感測設備,移動速度為0.0078m/sec。
