車道辨識之卷積神經網路架構設計

本論文設計並實作一款應用於車道辨識之卷積神經網路 (Convolutional neural network, CNN) 模型。首先,製作了一台架設160度廣角相機之輪型機器人,並分別使用手動及無線搖桿二種方式,控制輪型機器人在車道場地上行走在不同的位置上同時拍攝照片,蒐集到的照片作為卷積神經網路之訓練及測試資料集。接下來,使用PyTorch作為深度學習框架,包含定義CNN架構、訓練及測試模型。經過數個不同的模型參數的測試,包含隱藏層層數、全連接層之神經元數量、學習率和兩種不同的優化器等。最後設計完成之CNN模型包括:輸入層為3×220×220的三維矩陣,輸出層為5個類別的分類節點,隱藏層由

2層卷積層、2層池化層及2層全連接層所組成。此模型在車道辨識的準確率可達到99.6%。訓練完成之CNN模型被實現在輪型機器人的微控制器中,並在實驗車道場地上進行測試。實驗結果顯示在整體的測試例中,CNN模型的判斷準確率為92.5%,但在輪型機器人處於道路右側進行右轉的條件下,CNN模型準確率僅82.5%,還需進一步研究及改善。

空力套件之玻璃纖維製成研究

汽車空力套件是隨著汽車工業發展及賽車運動而誕生出來的一種汽車文化,透過改裝的方式,讓車主可以滿足對外觀的渴望與自身的想法去實現自我的改裝展現。本研究首先探討汽車空力套件的演變與發展,再對空力套件的部份板件與汽車各部件效用進行深入了解,並從汽車及路人的角度來探討造型、大小、角度是否影響汽車行駛及行人安全,然後透過法規要求及車主客製的造型去進行分析後,在開發流的過程中進行不斷的去修改進化,並透過簡易打樣與道路實測來測試套件的成果 。研究部分由本研究生設計及開發,以Mitsubishi ECLIPSE CROSS部份空力套件,從設計到開發過程歷時一年,目前已經進入完成階段。研究結果顯示在三種類型中

有兩個類型是可以用玻璃纖維來製成的,分別為賽車型及運動型,而賽車型的套件製成,都會先以運動型的製成去翻作成輕量化的賽車型套件,輕量化的種類有修去不必要的部位跟使用碳纖維這兩種方式來達到輕量化。運動型的套件製程方法就會以簡單的設計、打樣去完成,不需要高單價的設備去設計、打樣,也用簡單的工法去做出所設計的造型套件出來,還可以用這種方法額外多一種賺錢的收入方法
