本研究分析太陽鹽水池模型，由濃度造成的鹽水池梯度有利於太陽池的穩定運行，以COMSOL4.4為平台對5m*5m*2.2m的小型太陽鹽水池進行了數值模擬。數值模擬在考慮當季太陽的最大日照量與溫度的情況下，利用有限元素分析法數值求解瞬態溫度、濃度，並且將太陽鹽水池劃分為三種不同濃度的區域，對本研究的溫度分佈與濃度進行探討。 將得到的結果與理論值分析，結果表明:利用太陽池儲能，保持由上而下的鹽水濃度梯度，使能量儲存在太陽池的池底，且梯形結構可增強太陽輻射利用率，減少下對流層散熱量，提高太陽池儲熱能力並將熱能儲存在底層，再藉由抽出底部的熱能送入熱交換器便可用來發電或是其他任何用途。
