(English version below)

The main focus on maintaining our health during the Autumn period is taking good care of our lungs (respiratory system). As Autumn carries dry heat, the burden on our lungs is huge and making us vulnerable to coughs.
Hence you will witness many people around you falling victim to this ailment or others affecting the throat and the nose. Therefore, it is advisable to consume some snow/golden pear during Autumn.
Why this particular fruit? Well, the snow pear is a fruit species which bears its fruits very late into the year. It carries heavy austere energies. This makes it a strong defence against the elemental energy in Autumn.
Another reminder to all: please look after your lungs during Autumn or risk being inflicted with the colds or flu. These ailments can be classified into 2 types: Heaty or Cold. So please be careful, everyone
