  動畫師在透過動作捕捉設備進行擷取、骨架修正以及利用3D軟體渲染賽璐珞動畫風格時,會遇到創作上的困難及技術上的問題。本研究將透過文獻分析法蒐集有關資料,再以行動研究法,利用 3D動畫、軟體間的共用性、骨架工具、動作捕捉系統及3D軟體渲染賽璐珞動畫風格,探討實際的專案經驗。  文中記述從軟體環境設定、骨架設定、蒙皮綁定、權重調整、進入動作捕捉系統、修正動作、設定賽璐珞動畫風格貼圖,最後到算圖輸出等過程。目的在於活用軟體間的共用性、利用動作捕捉系統擷取角色動作以及利用Blender渲染賽璐珞(Cel-shading)動畫風格,在上述操作中遇到的問題,包括檔案匯出至不同軟體以及動作捕捉系統前置作

業等。  本研究發現利用Autodesk軟體間的共用性,Maya檔案轉匯至MotionBuilder只需要一鍵設置,若有動作檔案更新也不需要重新設定,能避免重複繁雜的設置;利用動作捕捉系統擷取角色動作,從成果宣傳片來看,對流程熟悉能縮短工作時間,且3D角色的動作相當的自然流暢;利用Blender渲染賽璐珞(Cel-shading)動畫風格,貼圖繪製的基礎功力以及運用Blender Shanding節點,會是渲染賽璐珞(Cel-shading)動畫風格的一大重點。研究過程中發現,在動作擷取時盡量採取即時擷取的方式,可以有效降低修正動作的時間,並提高工作效率。

正確的內部組織結構的人體虛擬模型對於醫學應用而言相當重要,例如手術模擬、構造分析等,然而,建構一個三維空間的精準虛擬模型通常需要有經驗的模型師花費大量的時間與精力來完成。我們在本篇論文提出了一套半自動化的方法來更有效率的建構之於特定目標的人體模型,我們不只將人體樣版模型轉換以符合目標外觀,還結合醫學影像使內部器官組織更加準確定位。我們透過求得 Laplacian 變形場來變形我們的樣版模型,而整套流程將能處理不同的人體醫學內部結構資料如電腦斷層掃描與核磁共振的切片資料。我們呈現了幾個變形結果,這些結果展示我們的方法在目標區域的準確度不只是在視覺上有效,而在醫學上也兼顧其內容的正確性,而我們也
