　　動畫師在透過動作捕捉設備進行擷取、骨架修正以及利用3D軟體渲染賽璐珞動畫風格時，會遇到創作上的困難及技術上的問題。本研究將透過文獻分析法蒐集有關資料，再以行動研究法，利用 3D動畫、軟體間的共用性、骨架工具、動作捕捉系統及3D軟體渲染賽璐珞動畫風格，探討實際的專案經驗。　　文中記述從軟體環境設定、骨架設定、蒙皮綁定、權重調整、進入動作捕捉系統、修正動作、設定賽璐珞動畫風格貼圖，最後到算圖輸出等過程。目的在於活用軟體間的共用性、利用動作捕捉系統擷取角色動作以及利用Blender渲染賽璐珞(Cel-shading)動畫風格，在上述操作中遇到的問題，包括檔案匯出至不同軟體以及動作捕捉系統前置作

業等。　　本研究發現利用Autodesk軟體間的共用性，Maya檔案轉匯至MotionBuilder只需要一鍵設置，若有動作檔案更新也不需要重新設定，能避免重複繁雜的設置；利用動作捕捉系統擷取角色動作，從成果宣傳片來看，對流程熟悉能縮短工作時間，且3D角色的動作相當的自然流暢；利用Blender渲染賽璐珞(Cel-shading)動畫風格，貼圖繪製的基礎功力以及運用Blender Shanding節點，會是渲染賽璐珞(Cel-shading)動畫風格的一大重點。研究過程中發現，在動作擷取時盡量採取即時擷取的方式，可以有效降低修正動作的時間，並提高工作效率。
