目前臺灣農業人口老年化嚴重,農業人力非常的缺乏,而現代年輕人又不喜歡重勞力的工作,本研究研製鳳梨選果採收機械的雙層高架機構,來減輕農民們的負擔與吸引年輕人返鄉務農的意願。研製目的主要為提升鳳梨採收機械的載運效率,在田間進行採收作業時,增加其載運量,減少於田間行走次數。為增加鳳梨採收機械之載運量,利用液壓幫浦、按鈕開關、金屬桁架系統與雙動液壓缸等,來建立雙層集運平台,雙層集運平台是利用單缸柴油引擎作為動力來源,帶動液壓幫浦,將機械迴轉能轉變為液壓能,來驅動雙動液壓缸,當第一層集運區載滿鳳梨時,採收人員控制按鈕開關,經由按鈕開關提供訊號,改變電磁閥的閥位,使液壓缸進行舉升的動作,當液壓缸進行舉升

作業時,亦將桁架系統進行舉升,製造出第二層的集運平台,使原本單層的集運平台,變成雙層集運平台,增加鳳梨的集運效率。本研究為增加鳳梨採收作業機之設備效益,於集運區增設了卸貨平台,當雙層集運平台皆載滿鳳梨時,回到集貨地點,搬運人員可以利用卸貨平台,將鳳梨搬運至貨車的車斗上,可以增加搬運人員的效率。本研究研製雙層集運平台,主要功能為提升鳳梨採收機的作業效率,與前人已研究的安全性與操控性相互結合,使雙層高架選果型鳳梨採收機成為更安全、更有效率及更符合農民需求的農業機械。

本文主要研究方向為漩渦受流體黏性及背景流流速梯度影響時,所產生之漩渦出現、變形、移動及消失等現象,並觀察各漩渦間是否互相牽引,使用以下四種常見之顯示線,分別為等壓線、等渦線、流線及煙線,並探討在雷諾數為150的自由落下圓柱驟停後產生之情況,進而互相比較顯示線,使得漩渦較弱或即將消失能有參照物;再比較不同顯示線在雷諾數150與200之間的差異,結論差異最大為流線,其原因為流體黏性所導致使得圓柱向左沖,與前人研究較為不同。由本次研究可以得知四種顯示線之間無絕對之優劣,主要以觀察之目的來決定該採用何種顯示線,等壓線較適用於觀察漩渦;等渦線則以敏感度來說,較適用在觀察流線與黏性狀況;若是需要觀察圓柱

周圍之流場,流線較為適用,可以即時反應出當時的流況;煙線則適用於觀察已發生漩渦質點走向。藉由等壓線、等渦線中心強度變化圖觀測出隨時間的變化,其強度會漸漸變小,直到消失。建議後人可以用不同振幅的起始點以及間距,來進行研究,並比較差異與結果。
