利用慣性量測單元發展CNC定位誤差量測系統之研製

現今產業將許多感測器會被加入到工具機中,希望透過各式感測器,擷取工具機的各種物理數據,期能透過大數據的收集以及數據分析,提前發現工具機的異常。相較於常見的加速規,本研究採用慣性量測單元,將其安裝於工具機,期能透過該感測器對工具機的定位精度進行量測及評估。本研究透過模組化的方式開發慣性量測單元CNC定位誤差量測系統,將系統分為多個模組,並提供使用者介面,讓使用者對系統進行操作、系統設定和查看即時數據。透過各個模組達到收集慣性量測單元的數據擷取與工具機的數據擷取,並將數據進行儲存。對儲存得數據進行分析、補正及計算,得到工具機的定位精度數據。將自行開發的系統實際應用於電腦數值控制鑽孔攻牙機及電腦數

值控制三軸銑床進行實驗、分析及比較,結果顯示本系統使用低通濾波器對數據進行處理,可以有效的減少慣性量測單元所量測到的雜訊,進而提升定位精度量測的重現性,實驗結果表示,量測數據的重現性分別提升了0.5%及1%。以及採用縮小定位精度量測的每段移動距離,使移動所需的時間減少,進而減少二次積分計算時的累積誤差,實驗結果表示量測數據的重現性分別大幅提升了65%及50%,再透過本系統於工具機上進行定位誤差量測,經過補正後計算的誤差值在±1mm以內。
