本研究之目的在於探討車聚參與者之車聚體驗、品牌形象及忠誠度的關係。進一步驗証車聚體驗、品牌形象與忠誠度三個變項之假設模型。本研究問卷以車聚活動參與者為研究對象,採立意抽樣方式進行網路問卷調查,總共發出450份,回收有效問卷339份。回收樣本資料進行描述性統計及結構方程模式檢驗分析,包含驗証性因素分析、信效度考驗、模式適配度檢驗及研究假設路徑考驗,進一步驗証研究假設模型各研究變項間之關係,結果顯示模式具有良好適配度與信效度,研究假設大部分成立。因此提出本研究結論為:一、車聚體驗對品牌形象有正向影響;二、品牌形象對忠誠度有正向影響;三、車聚體驗對忠誠度沒有顯著影響;四、車聚體驗與忠誠度關係由品牌

形象擔任完全中介的角色。
