研究背景:手球競賽攻擊防守轉換快速,各項體能的能力素質必須紮實,方有助專項技術發揮;振動訓練是一種新穎的肌力訓練方式,可幫助運動選手提升運動能力。研究目的:探討關節活動端點之振動訓練對青少年手球選手運動能力的影響。研究方法:以國中男子手球隊選手27人為研究對象,分為控制組10名(年齡13.6±0.96歲、身高165.8±6.22公分、體重57.9±12.94公斤)和實驗組17名(年齡13.4±1.06歲、身高167.2±7.82公分、體重60.5±17.28公斤)。在實驗期間兩組球員皆進行例行性的手球專項訓練,而實驗組需額外增加連續六週髖關節活動端點振動訓練(部位(前側:股四頭肌;後側:股二

頭肌、膕旁肌)x 3回合/次 x3循環/回合x 運動5分鐘(振動頻率35Hz、振幅5公釐):休息5分鐘/循環x 3次/週 x6週)。比較介入前、後速度(20公尺衝刺、40公尺衝刺)、敏捷(20公尺折返跑、20公尺背向跑、T形移位)、下肢動力(六邊形跳躍、立定跳遠、蹲踞跳及下蹲跳)與手球專項運動能力(三步跳、Z字跑衝刺)。研究結果:實驗組經關節活動端點振動訓練後,速度(20公尺衝刺進步0.2%、40公尺衝刺進步0.1%)、下肢動力(六邊形跳躍進步2.8%、立定跳遠進步2.3%、蹲踞跳進步4.2%、下蹲跳進步4.4%)及專項運動能力(單足三步跳進步1.3%、三步跳進步1.4%、Z字跑衝刺進步0.8

本論文乃是針對音樂史上重要的器樂曲類型-「幻想曲」 (Fantasia) 進行研究,研究重點為不同時期幻想曲風格之變異及其形式特徵。由於幻想曲的發展歷史漫長,造成其風格形式紛沓複雜,加之名稱混淆區隔不易,令人對幻想曲的概念難以掌握。由樂種發展的角度來看,幻想曲的確在幾個不同階段出現過明顯相異的風格表現,這些風格上的差異,有的與時代風尚潮流相關、有的吻合作曲家個人的創作理念、有的結合其他的樂種曲式,因此產生出幻想曲豐富多樣的形式特質。本論文不單就各個時期的作曲家及作品進行分析,同時企圖跨越時代呈現幻想曲較為完整連貫的風格脈落,進而探討不同時期幻想曲創作的思維概念。 本論文所涉及的研究範疇涵蓋整
