政府的積極提倡與推廣使得游泳運動消費支出及游泳池數量皆呈現成長趨勢。游泳池業者面對競爭激烈的市場，除了傳統的外部顧客行銷導向之外，若能再採用對組織員工的內部行銷作為，將帶來正向的影響。本研究針對運動場館經營管理之相關研究缺口，對游泳池從業人員內部行銷與工作滿意之現況及關聯進行探討，以為條件相似運動場館之參考。目的：瞭解游泳池從業人員人口背景變項、內部行銷及工作滿意之現況，進而探討內部行銷與工作滿意之關係。方法：本研究以滾雪球方式招募全國309位游泳池從業人員為研究對象，透過問卷調查方式進行資料收集，續以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析及逐步迴歸進行資料分析。結果：一、游泳

池從業人員以男性、30歲以下、大專院校學歷、非管理職、服務於南部、年資1~3年、薪資30,001~40,000元居多。二、游泳池從業人員對於內部行銷各構面的知覺程度最高依序為管理支持、內部溝通、參與外部溝通、教育訓練、激勵；對於工作的滿意程度為內在滿意高於外在滿意。三、不同背景游泳池從業人員在內部行銷及工作滿意上有顯著差異。四、游泳池從業人員內部行銷與工作滿意達中度正相關，其中以激勵及內部溝通對工作滿意的預測力最佳，其次依序為參與外部溝通、教育訓練、管理支持。建議：業者可以訂定合理的獎賞、薪資與升遷助制度及建立有效的溝通管道，以提升游泳池從業人員內部行銷和工作滿意感受，在招募上則可以加強對大專
