本論文探討之青少年個案(年齡為12~24歲)是一在生理、心理皆產生巨變的時期,也是情緒壓力引發焦慮、憂鬱初發的年齡,青少年階段同時面臨體內賀爾蒙變化及外在多重壓力,除了要建立自我認同感、良好人際關係、性別認同、課業學習以能適應社會快速變化,故此時期的青少年情緒壓力有逐漸上升趨勢。目前芳香療法非屬醫療行為,但有文獻證實能有效緩和情緒。為驗證透過嗅聞精油結合放鬆技巧對於緩和情緒壓力指數是否有顯著差異,本研究將請受試者回想近期產生情緒壓力的事件並在實驗過程中使用可攜式腦波儀進行測量腦波狀態並依序在嗅聞精油結合放鬆引導下之腦波產生之變化,並將數據輸出進行統計分析整理,以了解受試者經過嗅聞精油及放鬆技
巧後與尚未進行嗅聞精油及放鬆技巧引導時之腦波的差異。 本研究以十位同校學生作為測試對象,運用統計方法,以二階段進行。包括:(1)-受試者先填寫「貝克焦慮量表」,並訪談近期產生壓力的事件原因。(2)-第一階段(實驗前測)攜戴腦波儀,約10分鐘,紀錄腦波狀態。(3)-第二階段(實驗後測)攜帶腦波儀,滴精油在手上,請受試者吸聞精油香氣並引導深呼吸約5分鐘,加入放鬆技巧引導約10分鐘,紀錄腦波狀態並將數據輸出進行分析實驗前後是否有顯著差異。研究結果發現前、後二階段具備顯著差異,可以做為後續更大樣本的研究基礎。

氣喘是一種慢性呼吸道疾病,發作時可能相當嚴重甚至會致命,近期的新型冠狀病毒(Coronavirus disease 2019, COVID-19)是一種攻擊呼吸道的病毒,進而影響肺功能。根據資料顯示,中重度的氣喘患者可能會增加罹患COVID-19的風險。2018年台灣胸腔暨重症加護醫學會指出15歲以上的氣喘發病率約是10-15%,全台約有200萬氣喘人口,因氣喘相關疾病死亡的人數,更是歐洲的2倍、日本5倍。根據世界衛生組織統計目前全世界大約有78億人,全球大於有3.4億人罹患氣喘,且每年約有42萬人死於氣喘。氣喘患者平時記錄氣喘狀況多為使用尖峰呼氣流速計,但其不方便攜帶與記錄,因此發展個人行
動式氣喘綠黃紅狀態紀錄裝置顯得相當重要,本研究設計透過個人手機記錄氣喘狀態,採集呼氣訊號,並進行STFT-CNN、MFCC-CNN、STFT-CLSTM與MFCC-CLSTM的4種深度學習模型,以達到自動評估使用者自身的氣喘狀態,由實驗結果顯示,在分類的過程中,4個模型分別達到了79%、91%、78%和81%的準確率,其中以MFCC-CNN自動化氣喘狀態辨識準確率最高。
