本研究主旨在探討童年逆境經驗（adverse childhood experiences）的成年人於人格特質、心理韌性與生涯自我效能之現況，同時比較其與無童年逆境經驗者之間的差異，並驗證心理韌性在人格特質與生涯自我效能之間所扮演的中介角色。研究以18歲以上之成人，且符合個人在18歲以前經驗任一項童年逆境經驗問卷上的描述者為對象。本研究使用「童年逆境經驗量表」、「中文版簡式五大人格量表」、「Conner-Davidson復原力量表」、「成人生涯認知量表之生涯自我效能分測驗」為研究工具，採取網路問卷之便利取樣方式，再將研究資料以SPSS 23.0進行描述性統計、卡方檢定、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變

異數分析、皮爾森積差相關以及線性迴歸等統計方法進行處理與分析。本研究分析結果如下：第一，有效問卷合計739份。無童年逆境經驗為406份（55%）、至少一項童年逆境經驗者為333份（45%）、四項以上童年逆境經驗者為43份（5.8%）、完全童年逆境經驗者2份（0.27%）。第二，成人童年逆境經驗者除了神經質，在外向性、嚴謹性、友善性、開放性、心理韌性以及生涯自我效能之得分皆低於無童年逆境經驗者。第三，成人童年逆境經驗之有無在性別、職業類型以及自覺健康（身體健康、情緒、失眠困擾、自殺念頭）上有顯著差異；在年齡、教育程度、工作性質、工作任職時間以及宗教信仰上則無顯著差異。而再探究成人童年逆境經驗者之

性別在不同背景變項上的現況，其於職業類型與自覺健康（身體健康、情緒、失眠困擾、自殺念頭）有顯著差異，在工作任職時間上則無顯著差異。第四，在成人童年逆境經驗之有無方面，在外向性、友善性、嚴謹性、神經質、心理韌性以及生涯自我效能有顯著差異。在至少一項成人童年逆境經驗者之性別方面，在外向性、神經質、心理韌性與生涯自我效能有顯著差異。在四項以上成人童年逆境經驗者之性別方面，僅在神經質人格上有顯著差異。在至少一項成人童年逆境經驗者之自覺健康方面，除了自覺身體健康與所有向度皆達顯著差異；在自覺情緒困擾、自覺失眠困擾，以及曾有自殺念頭上，僅有開放性無顯著差異，其餘向度皆有顯著差異。第五，不同年齡層的成人童年
