手工具機之直流無刷馬達扭力估測

電動起子應用於高精密貴重儀器設備裝配場域中鎖卸螺絲時,若無扭力感測,在鎖緊無法再鎖入時,會造成螺絲崩牙、牙槽損毀、進而可能對精密裝配設備造成不良影響,甚或造成損壞。因此,電動手工具機具備扭力估測能力,在操作時達到扭力設定值時,能停止運轉,可降低其在高精密貴重設備裝配場域鎖卸螺絲時因扭力過大所造成的風險。本論文針對電動手工具機使用之直流無刷馬達(內建霍爾感測)進行扭力估測研究,透過自行建置量測系統平台,經由回授電流與扭力計,量測直流無刷馬達於不同負載下穩態運轉時的轉速、電流、扭力,進而擬合出電流扭力數學式,藉此數學式,在馬達扭力負載動態上升變化情況下,透過即時回授之馬達電流值來估算馬達即時扭力

,當估測值達到設定值時即可停止運轉,如此一來可避免馬達、螺絲及儀器在堵轉時的傷害及風險,並增加在精密的儀器場域使用的安全性。經由動態調升負載扭力,量測即時回授之馬達電流值以估算扭力,並比較估測扭力與實際量測扭力,來驗證其精準度。若設定馬達停止之負載扭力值1N-m到2N-m間,發現最大誤差為0.14N-m(誤差百分率為13.21%),最小誤差為0.002N-m(誤差百分率為0.11%),同時從數據發現,較接近大扭力(2N-m)時,誤差較小。另外比較穩態電流扭力擬合直線與動態電流扭力擬合直線,兩條直線的斜率誤差值0.0001、節距誤差值0.1225。從實驗結果得知,建立穩態電流扭力曲線,在沒有扭力

感測器的情況下,可做為估算扭力值的一種簡單方法,讓馬達達到估算設定值時停下。
