沙氏法對收益結構和績效之影響：臺灣會計師產業的證據

美國於2002年7月發布沙氏法案(The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, SOX)，SOX法案及其精神導致會計師產業發生重大變化。本文探討SOX與會計師產業收益結構和績效之關聯性，使用臺灣「1992-2019年會計師事務所服務業調查報告」的22,356筆觀察資料，透過收益函數來探討SOX對會計師產業之總收益、傳統服務份額、稅務服務份額和管理諮詢服務份額之影響。同時，本研究依樣本類型分為小型、中型、大型和國際型會計師事務所，從經濟管制理論(Theory of Economic Regulation, TER)的角度，考察SOX管制制度對會計師事務所績效之影響。我們運用會

計師產業的translog收益函數，並建立了迴歸方程式來檢驗我們的假說。本研究發現SOX法案對非國際型會計師事務所的收益產生了消極影響，但對國際型會計師事務所的收益產生了積極影響。SOX法案增加了非國際型會計師事務所的稅務服務份額，同時也增加了國際型會計師事務所的稅務服務份額。此外，我們還發現SOX法案對四種不同規模的會計師事務所的經營績效都存在正向影響。進一步的結果表明，在SOX管制之下，大型和國際型會計師事務所直接獲得了管制的利益(直接管制效應)，小型和中型事務所間接獲得管制的利益(間接管制效應)。本研究有助於文獻研究，為監管機構完善會計師事務所管理提供啟示。

高功率可變出光角光子晶體面射型雷射之特性研究

本論文旨在研究高功率可變出光角之光子晶體面射型雷射的設計，製作及其光電特性。光子晶體面射型雷射因具備大功率操作及發散角小等特性，近年來頗受矚目，被視為是3D感測，光達，和雷射加工等應用領域的理想光源；研究首先藉由數值模擬計算來探討磊晶結構及光子晶體結構對於雷射閾值及出光效率的影響，進而得到較佳的磊晶結構同時配合不同的光子晶體結構來進行實驗驗證，實驗與模擬的結果均顯示雷射的斜率效率隨著光子晶體結構的對稱性下降而大幅上升，實驗並針對P面向上的結構進行優化，使得光輸出功率進一步提升，同時我們也針對大功率單模操作進行探討。另一方面我們也針對改變鐳射出光角度的機制進行研究以實現光束掃描的新奇雷射結構。

先後評估了主動式的光學相位陣列，主動式光柵結構，雙調變式光子晶體結構以及超穎結構等方式，考量結構整合的便利性及發光效率等因素，我們採用雷射整合表面超穎結構的方式進行設計，超穎結構的設計使用了奈米結構陣列及反向設計兩種方式，在砷化鎵基板上實驗的結果顯示此結構可將雷射光偏轉至設計的角度並且抑制原本垂直方向上的雷射光，此超穎結構結合光子晶體面射型雷射將得到高效率且緊湊的光束偏轉雷射，進一步製作成不同出光角度的陣列並單獨控制即可實現掃描功能，預期此雷射結構在上述的應用領域有著相當大的潛力。
