在新媒體蓬勃發展的現今,如何透過網路社群,建立與民眾之關係、暢通溝通管道,乃是政府機關之重要課題。為凝聚全體國防共識,同時掌握民意動態,我國國防部及各軍種相繼成立臉書粉絲專頁。綜觀過去研究,分析國軍臉書發文策略,較少針對各軍種之研究,同時,陸軍司令部有別於過往,改以專任人員執行臉書經營,其公關與發文策略與以兼任方式執行臉書管理之軍種是否有所差異?故而本研究將以陸、海、空三軍粉絲專頁為研究主體,探究各軍種臉書行銷策略之差異。 研究發現,在整體經營成效及發文策略上,陸、海軍成績較佳,同時透過深度訪談發現,除了陸軍以專任人員執行臉書經營之外,海軍亦有編制專業人員協助臉書管理。問卷調查
結果也發現,以專任、專業模式經營臉書之陸、海軍,其粉絲專頁的互動性較佳。最後,本研究綜整整體研究成果,針對各軍種臉書之經營策略,提出五點實務建議,以做為未來國軍臉書社群經營之參考。

數位音頻學習行動應用程式介面使用性評估―以 Apple Podcast 為例

受益於資訊科技高速發展與新技術簇擁下，帶來無所不在的數位學習環境。其中，以聽覺為主，提供多元性內容的數位媒體Podcast （播客）平台可適用於通勤、運動者等零碎時間進行學習更接近使用者聽覺體驗，因此，Podcast的操作介面設計與使用性更顯得重要。本研究依據文獻蒐集與分析針對市占率最高的蘋果智慧型手機iOS系統內建Apple Podcast App為研究主題，以不同學科分類（人文、社會、科技）的在學學生為對象，探究使用Apple Podcast App於介面操作所產生之績效差異。本研究藉由焦點團體法探究Apple Podcast App於娛樂性、知識內容功能上之需求，並據以設定典型工作項目
及步驟。再者，運用績效量測法進行使用性測試，依據實驗分析結果顯示：（1）不同性別受測者對Apple Podcast App介面使用之操作時間與錯誤次數績效沒有顯著差異；（2）不同學科分類背景受測者對Apple Podcast App介面使用之操作時間績效具統計顯著性，且人文類與社會類的受測者在操作「調整節目播放速度」功能之績效分析具顯著差異；（3）受測者完成各項典型工作任務之績效比較，「給予評分與評論」功能比其他任務步驟花費更長的時間且具顯著差異性。此外，為探討用戶對於Apple Podcast App介面操作感受與想法，透過系統使用性量表、使用者互動滿意度量表與功能問卷調查進行介面使用性評估
。研究結果顯示：（1）受測者對於系統使用性的整體感受未達優使性，量表分數等級為D；（2） 不同性別受測者對於使用者互動滿意度量表（QUIS）其滿意度分數顯示，「介面的功能呈現」、「畫面的資訊位置」介面操作表現有顯著差異；（3） 不同性別與不同學科分類背景受測者對於功能問卷有顯著差異，顯示Apple Podcast App使用介面仍有改善空間。最後藉由回溯性測試及半結構式訪談，蒐集受測者操作App過程之遇到的問題與使用感受，希冀藉由操作績效、使用性及滿意度等量表評估之研究成果，提供相關軟體開發者與使用者介面設計師作為設計介面與功能之參考方針，同時也提供教學設計者在設計線上課程或混成式教學及相關研
究之價值參考。
