Qualitative research methods are used during the thesis so that it helps to get an intensive understanding of the link between sharing economy platform and key success factors of firm. The informat

由於科技技術的進步,加上消費意識形態的改變,採取訂閱服務概念而非傳統的買斷式交易的企業,在各產業中的比例逐漸提升,而訂閱服務在消費市場上,也備受青睞。本研究針對訂閱模式的特性及優勢,以台灣企業實施訂閱制的經驗,去探討訂閱模式採用之因素為何。本研究將以商業模式圖的九項元素之四大構面為個案研究訪談基礎,進一步了解個案實行訂閱制的狀況,並釐清其選擇採用訂閱模式的因素。藉由訂閱模式相關文獻之資料分析,以及與三位受訪者進行半結構式訪談,本研究經由分析後得出以下研究結論:一. 增加發展新商機之可能企業透過分析客戶喜好、行為,能夠隨之提供其所需、甚至超乎預期的產品或服務,拓展出更多潛在的可能性。二.

提高財務方面之掌控度不論是因為固定數量使成本得以控管,或是由於客戶定期付費可以有預期營收,訂閱模式讓企業能夠更有效運用其資源。三. 提升企業顧客雙方價值透過訂閱模式,雙方為單筆交易的持續性付出,使彼此創造出更多價值。
