本論文以磁鐵輔助式磁阻馬達減量作為研究主軸,應用有限元素軟體設計出48槽8極之整數槽分佈繞型式電機,以維持相同的目標規格,包括最大力矩、最大功率、額定點工作效率及力矩密度等性能需求,作為磁石減量的研究限制。探討磁石減量的方法為藉由改變磁鐵輔助式磁阻馬達的磁障形狀及鐵心寬度,增加q軸電感及減少d軸電感,進而提升力矩中的磁阻力矩含量,整體力矩提升至超過力矩設計目標之後,給予降低磁鐵力矩含量的空間,並用來降低磁石的用量,達到磁石減量的效果。首先,以永磁同步電機作為原型馬達設計,並以此原型馬達的磁石用量做為一個比較基準,之後對磁鐵輔助式磁阻馬達之參數進行探討,並結合最佳化軟體,建立一套優化流程,針對

磁障寬度、磁障長度、鐵心寬度、磁鐵大小以及磁障之角度進行最佳化設計,在符合限制條件下,得到最佳的參數匹配,達到磁石減量之目的。
