含糖飲料健康認知、健康態度、購買意願與行為意圖之研究-以國小高年級學童為例

兒童是國家未來的主人翁,每位國民的健康之態度與行為大部分都在兒童時期所形成,國小高年級的孩子更是如此。然而,在台灣的學童們取得飲料相當方便,人人一杯飲料儼然已成為學童生活中的一種習慣。因此有識之士對於現今學童飲用含糖飲料的現象,感到十分憂心。本研究以國小高年級學生為對象,探討含糖飲料健康認知、健康態度、購買意願與行為意圖之相關研究,了解影響國小高年級學童飲用含糖飲料的重要變項,作為校園營養教育實施之參考,進而增進我國學童健康。針對國小高年級學童飲用含糖飲料進行深入的探討,以便利抽樣的方式來分析健康認知、健康態度、購買意願及行為意圖等之間的關聯性。問卷總計發放430份,有效問卷403份(93.

7%),受訪者性別人數中,男性學生201人(49.95%),女性學生則為202人(50.1%)。以 SPSS12.0 統計軟體作為研究與分析的工具,探討描述性分析、信效度分析、相關分析與迴歸分析之驗證。研究結果顯示國小高年級學生對含糖飲料的健康認知越高,不飲用含糖飲料的行為意圖越高;國小高年級學生對含糖飲料的健康態度越高,不飲用含糖飲料的行為意圖越高;國小高年級學生對於不購買含糖飲料的意願越高,不飲用含糖飲料的行為意圖越高。

本研究以2012-2020年之台灣上市公司為研究對象,探討員工福利與企業避稅之關聯性。過去文獻指出,員工福利對企業避稅之影響有正反兩面的可能。公司為留任關鍵的員工,傾向提供員工更優渥的薪資水準及福利,以獲取較高的員工生產力。企業為完善員工福利制度,公司傾向從事避稅行為,獲得更多的資金來投資福利支出。另一方面,公司治理較好且資訊透明度高之公司,重視公司價值,為保持公司聲譽而傾向不從事避稅行為。本文實證結果顯示,員工福利與有效稅率呈負相關;員工福利與財稅差異呈正相關,表示越重視員工福利機制的公司,為留下更多的現金以利完善員工福利,較會傾向從事租稅規避的行為。額外分析顯示,員工福利與企業避稅呈正向

關係,在非家族企業及盈餘管理較低之公司特別顯著。本研究釐清員工福利是稅務規劃決策的影響因素,同時有助於主管機關與投資人制定管理與投資決策。
