應用有效微生物群(EM)改善四種苗木品質之研究

摘 要 本研究旨在探討應用有效微生物群 (EM) 對台灣主要造林綠化樹種苗木之生長特性之影響,以評估有效微生物群對於改善苗木品質之可行性,試驗苗木種類包含:台灣欒樹 (Koelreuteria formosana Hay.)、台灣櫸 (Zelkova serrata Thunb.)、相思樹 (Acacia confusa Merr.) 及光蠟樹 (Fraxinus insularis Hemsl.)。 本研究將針對苗木之幼苗期與成苗期二個階段進行研究,幼苗期之種子經EM浸泡處理,同時利用有效微生物群EM及經EM發酵生成之有機肥料波卡西 (Bokashi) 改良育苗土壤介質。成苗

期以一年生之苗木定期噴施EM,同時亦使用經EM改良之土壤介質,觀察各期之苗木生長特性之變化。 研究試驗結果顯示,各苗木在苗高淨生長量、根頸直徑淨生長量、植物體乾重、總葉面積、葉片數、葉綠素濃度及植體葉部氮、磷、鉀、鈣、鎂等元素濃度上,以EM處理與土壤經EM及波卡西處理者為最高。本研究證實,有效微生物群EM可改善苗木育苗土壤介質,並對苗木之生長特性有顯著之增進作用。
