本研究旨在瞭解國防大學基礎學院學生從軍內在動機、外在動機、公共服務動機與倦怠感受之內涵與現況,並探討其關聯,進而檢驗公共服務動機在從軍動機與倦怠感之間是否扮演中介的角色。本研究採調查研究法,以國防大學政治作戰學院、管理學院、理工學院110學年度學生為研究對象,回收429份有效樣本,再以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及結構方程模型等統計方法實施分析,依實證分析研究結果顯示:一、國防大學學生整體對從軍內在動機呈現中等程度知覺;對外在動機呈現中高程度知覺;對公共服務動機呈現中高程度知覺;而對學校倦怠感受則呈現中等程度知覺。另外,學生在學校倦怠知覺上,二年級學生顯著高於
