隨著全球極端氣候現象越來越明顯，環境保護已成為每個人須負起責任的重要議題。本研究主要探討綠色消費態度與知覺風險對有機食品的購買意願的相關性及其影響關係。本研究採用問卷調查法並以 SPSS 統計軟體分析資料。研究結果發現綠色消費態度與知覺風險對有機食品的購買意願皆有顯著的正向影響，研究結果可提供有機食品業者在提升有機食品的購買意願之參考。以綠色消費態度而言，可以分成兩個部分來看，第一部分是因為政府的政策而做的環保，消費者在政府有明確規範時可以做到自備環保袋以及做好分類回收。第二部分是為了減少花費而做的環保，由於購買當地、當季生產的產品會比較便宜且相對好吃，以至於消費者在買蔬菜水果時，會優先挑選

當地、當季的以減少花費。以知覺風險而言，民眾對於有機食品有無通過認證非常介意，建議企業可以將有機產品送去產品認證，以增加消費者對產品的購買意願。以購買意願而言，民眾對有機食品的購買意願沒有很強烈，所以建議企業可以讓民眾更加了解有機食品，可透過了解民眾對有機食品的購買行為做行銷。從有機食品的購買行為可得知民眾較常購買有機食品的通路是實體通路，建議企業可以在實體通路上，多做些廣告、說明有機食品的好處，讓民眾更願意購買有機食品。再來是有機食品的訊息取得管道，民眾最常得知訊息的管道為網路訊息與親友介紹，建議廠商可以在社群媒體上舉辦活動與民眾互動。
