研發 3D Robot 呼吸模擬器驗證 CyberKnife M6 Synchrony 同步追蹤系統準確度

目的 :為了驗證具有Synchrony呼吸同步追蹤系統的電腦刀M6立體定位放射手術(Stereotactic radiosurgery, SRS) 的準確度,所以本研究研發自製呼吸模擬器對電腦刀進行及單獨針對Synchrony呼吸追蹤系統即時追蹤演算法進行實驗。材料與方法 :本研究研發帶有三軸變量的呼吸位移模擬器(3D Robot)結合內含EBT3 Film膠片的全系統測試用圓球假體(Ball-cube),對電腦刀M6具有Synchrony呼吸追蹤系統的立體定位手術(Stereotactic radiosurgery, SRS)結合肺部追蹤系統,進行了原點、單軸、雙軸及三軸全系統測試(End

to end test, E2E)品質保證(Quality assurance, QA),並以空間位置準確度分析軟體End to end test v4. 0進行照射準確度之驗證。另外對Synchrony呼吸追蹤系統的即時追蹤(Real-time)效果提出對追蹤演算法卡爾曼濾波器(Kalman filter, KF)實驗進行驗證。利用卡爾曼濾波器以色彩特徵擷取法來鎖定有色彩的物體做為影像追蹤的目標,並進行了兩種移動追蹤實驗來驗證卡爾曼濾波器的追蹤效果。最後以個別演算追蹤實驗來對卡爾曼濾波器、粒子濾波器(Particle filter, PF)及卡爾曼粒子濾波器(Kalman particle

filter, KPF)進行效率評估比較。結果 :經過對三軸進行不同幅度的調整,分別測試出了不同的定位誤差結果,在X, Y, Z軸參數皆為0,也就是原點的狀況下進行了10次照射測試,誤差分別為0.71, 0.70, 0.51, 0.42, 0.81, 0.41, 0.64, 0.22, 0.90, 0.61 mm。在單一軸數據調整時分別在X軸設定了14, 28 mm,測試出與中心的誤差點分別是0.56及0.46 mm,Y軸設定了14, 28 mm,測試出與中心點的誤差是0.44及0.29 mm,Z軸設定了12, 28 mm,測試出與中心點的誤差則是0.62及0.78 mm。雙軸數據調整時使用

Y及Z軸各測試了12, 12 mm,14, 14 mm及28, 28 mm三種參數,測試出的與中心點誤差各別為0.71, 0.52及0.71 mm,在最後的三軸調整中,使用14, 14, 14 mm來做為X, Y, Z軸的參數,測試出的與中心點誤差為0.68 mm。而驗證Synchrony呼吸追蹤系統的即時追蹤演算法實驗中,在呼吸起伏運動追蹤及不同背景追蹤實驗中本論文發現了卡爾曼濾波器(Kalman filter, KF)在實驗中確實有顯著的即時追蹤功能,不僅能夠即時的追蹤移動中的物體,也不會出現偵測錯誤的情形,但是在個別演算法實驗中,發現當目標被隱藏起來時,KF會無法繼續進行追蹤,粒子濾波器

(Particle filter, PF)及卡爾曼粒子濾波器(Kalman particle filter, KPF)則可以繼續影像追蹤。結論:在上述結果中可以看出電腦刀M6的Synchrony呼吸即時追蹤在對呼吸模擬器3D Robot作移動目標追蹤時的與中心點誤差,全部都小於0.95 mm,符合AAPM TG-135號報告所要求之電腦刀M6進行物體靜止照射的E2E QA後,總體誤差應小於0.95 mm誤差值,即使執行Synchrony呼吸同步追蹤系統進行動態補償之E2E QA也小於1.5 mm誤差值之要求的規範[1]。本論文希望能以自製的呼吸模擬器3D Robot,除了來做為精度驗證系統外,

也能用來探討對於這類即時追蹤演算法功能性的測試,並可推廣至於其他使用放射治療之儀器。而在Synchrony呼吸追蹤系統即時追蹤的基礎演算法KF上,本論文的實驗也證實了Synchrony呼吸追蹤系統的即時追蹤的可行性,在使用PF來做實驗後,發現了PF雖然不會有追蹤目標失準的問題,但是在演算時間上花費的時間比KF還要久,這對即時追蹤是一項重要的問題,因此使用結合兩種演算法的KPF來進行實驗,結果可以看到KPF不管在追蹤方面還是計算時間上都比KF及PF還要來的優秀,也許在未來能應用於其他影像追蹤相關的研究。

銅箔是一種陰質性電解材料,若依製成來看,可大致分為電解銅箔(Electro-Deposited copper foil)與壓延銅箔(Rolled Annealed copper foil),其中電解銅箔由於製程精細,生產成本較低,且厚度易於調整,因此被廣泛應用在各式電子產品中,是電子產業供應鏈中重要的上游材料。近年來由於5G、IoT、電動車蓬勃發展,銅箔需求量也連帶攀升,為保障產品之生產力與品質,如何有效率地監控廠內生產資訊,是企業面臨之一大課題。目前台灣傳統工廠之設備皆由廠務人員定時巡檢,並以紙本方式記錄其生產資訊,但此方式不僅需耗費大量人力及時間,管理階層也總是無法有效率地掌握即時資訊,

為此,許多傳統產業開始紛紛轉型為智能工廠,以因應工業4.0的到來。本研究將以銅箔公司為對象,打造一套生產智能化系統,將現有生產設備結合IoT與嵌入式系統,對廠內的生箔段製程進行參數收集,並提供觸控螢幕架設於機台旁邊,以取代原本之紙本表單,實現電子表單系統,最後系統所蒐集到之生產資訊,會透過Wi-Fi傳送給中央電腦,使資料分析人員可進一步進行數據分析或可視化呈現。
