近年來,女性的職業與家庭角色一直在改變,女兒們成為家族企業所有權的一部分,傳統性別繼承的疆界逐漸被打破,家族企業中女性扮演領導管理角色,促使女兒接班的問題也得到了越來越多的關注。本研究採用個案研究法,以女兒接班管理家族企業的正隆紙業與寶成集團為研究對象。藉由文獻歸納將研究架構分為家族世代中的女兒接班演化與家族企業演化歷程進行研析。透過演化歷程討論家族世代接班演化過程,並討論接班過程中可能阻礙或支持女兒的影響因素,並試著分析在演化歷程中討論女兒接班之行為模式。本研究獲得以下發現,一是父女接班的關係品質較穩定且衝突較少,父女偏向採取更多的溝通,沒有兩代爭權的狀況也降低了第一代賦權後的失落感程度;

二是女兒接班人可能會面對階段性接班的情形,女兒必須跨越家族對性別的偏好以穩固接班人身分;三是父親的支持和領導方面指導會促進女兒的接班成功程度,父親在職權轉移階段時扮演的角色會影響女兒在處理與家族企業相關利益者之關係時產生不同的行為模式;四是女兒偏好建立新的社會關係網絡,以避免社會資本轉移的複雜性。在帶領企業轉型的過程會加入女性特質的元素,父執輩通常是以追求規模經濟為發展重點,而女兒接班後則會採取價值經濟為發展重點;五是女兒接班人強調創意品牌經營,重視創新、行銷能力,並將品牌的建構轉為她們的競爭優勢,以協助家族企業品牌的建立。最後,女兒透過柔軟的力量及形象會更加關注社會公益層面,為家族企業創造更

本創作論述「潛進海洋與心靈對話」為筆者2019-2022年期間研究所時期的創作實踐與歷程。試圖探討過去被情緒所困而壓抑的內在心理來源,以及如何透過創作釋放情感,並於作品中展現。在探究的過程中,意識到過去為了符合大眾所認知的社會主流價值、被父母認同的枷鎖,以及職場上無法找到自身定位等因素,長久下來儼然成了無形的壓力。在身體與心靈超負荷的狀態下,筆者即透過自由潛水運動與海洋生物一同徜徉在大海裡,因而獲得喘息的時光。進入研究所重拾版印創作後,體現到沈浸在創作中能宣洩自身的負面情緒,使周旋在體制邊緣的身心逐漸獲得被束縛的自由。因此,以創作形式轉化過程為主要探討方向,並省思個人內在情感、思想及未來發展

的期許。本論述內容架構分為五部分:緒論中包含研究動機與目的。首先,透過學理基礎分析筆者長期潛藏在內心的焦慮與內在情緒從何而來,釐清個人思緒,分析藝術家如何透過作品抒發情感及作品之呈現;其次,探究版印形式及媒材運用,探索在創作實踐中與心靈的自我對話;進而,再分析各系列作品及其創作過程。最後為本文結論,歸納出創作與心境上之轉變,期許自己未來創作能突破自我內在設限,探索各種新的可能。
