本研究首先使用化學氣相沉積法(CVD)一步生長奈米碳管/石墨烯複合材料於泡沫鎳表面,然後為了改善將會披覆在奈米碳管/石墨烯複合材料的二氧化鉬薄膜在電化學反應中之穩定性,因此使用射頻為電源的氮電漿對複合材料進行改質,接著利用恆電流陰極電沉積,改變沉積時間與電流大小,找出最佳參數將鉬氧化物的水合物沉積在氮摻雜後的複合材料上,最後在氬氣的環境下熱處理轉化為二氧化鉬,將製備出的二氧化鉬/氮摻雜奈米碳管/石墨烯複合材料應用於鋰離子電池的負極並以拉曼光譜分析(Raman)、掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)、X-射線光電子光譜(XPS)、原子力顯微鏡(AFM)和電化學阻抗譜(EIS)進行分析測試,為了找到最佳參
