願書,要求保存後現代主義建築。也沒在一般雜誌上看過後現代主義建築的特輯。甚至連建築界相關人士也鮮少有人認真評論後現代主義建築。這樣既不批判也不肯定,就只是視而不見的現象,與其說漠不關心,我倒覺得眾人像是將後現代主義建築封印了一般。   後現代主義建築之所以會被忽視的最大原因,恐怕是因為其建設高峰期與泡沫經濟崩壞的時期重疊吧。無論是一般民眾還是建築界相關人士,大家都對那個時代懷抱著罪惡感。「讚賞泡沫時期投入大筆金錢建設的建築物,不知會遭受何種非議?」——人們或許都會受到這樣的想法束縛吧。     能夠從20年間的50棟建築中發現什麼?   筆者畢業於政經學系,於1990年進入領域完全不相關的

專業建築雜誌工作。當時正值後現代主義的全盛期。坦白說,我剛入社時,絲毫不明白那些在雜誌上掀起熱潮的建築到底好在哪裡。相反的,比起後現代主義建築,舊雜誌裡充滿簡約之美的現代主義建築更吸引我,《有故事的昭和現代建築》的專欄企劃也由此而生。   但是在那之後經過20年,隨著建築知識的增加,我開始對當時未能理解的後現代主義建築感到好奇。   如果不了解後現代主義誕生的契機,就無法了解現代主義的問題;倘若不明白後現代主義為何衰退,便無從得知今後的建築該朝哪個方向前進。唯有打開封印20年的盒蓋,才能了解歷史脈絡。   以上雖然寫了這麼一篇一本正經的文章,但撇開編輯者的使命感不談,其實我是私心希望能到

處參觀其他人不常欣賞的建築。   我好想仔細瞧瞧轉作殯儀館的「M2」,以及堪稱泡沫經濟象徵的「川久飯店」內部。不僅如此,對於完工當時令人費解的「青山製圖專門學校1號館」,如今參觀後會產生什麼想法,我也充滿興致。建築巡禮的原動力,通常是這種迷哈精神的興趣使然。   本書包含了在《日經建築》以連載形式刊登的26棟建築報導,還有以「順路到訪」為題全新創作的24棟建築圖文報導。介紹對象為1975-1995年完工的建築,並依照完工年份編排。就算造訪過這50棟後現代主義建築仍無法領略其中的奧妙,光是能一覽這個時代的代表性建築也深具意義了,不是嗎?   那麼,就讓我們打開這20年的封印吧!   宮澤洋

過去在行銷產品時,公司常以名人代言,最近出現很多的網紅,幫忙代言公司的 產品,做了很成功的行銷,故為深入了解此一議題,本研究想要了解成功網紅的 相關特性和其影響結果,同時聚焦在網紅的可信度與熟悉度這兩個特性,探討兩 個特性基於什麼理由,能提升消費者的行為意向,以學術的術語來說,就是本研 究以品牌認同度做為網紅的可信度與熟悉度影響消費者的行為意向的中介變數。 本研究首先以質性訪談的方式與使用 IG 社群平台的消費者進行面對面互動,了 解消費者對網紅可信度與熟悉度的看法,並了解其作用,接著將前述訪談研究之 結果進一步以量性研究方法分析,採用線上發放問卷的形式蒐集樣本資料,總共 蒐集了 221 份

有效樣本,並以 SPSS24.0 統計分析軟體進行實證研究。研究結 果發現,網紅可信度與熟悉度都會直接正向影響品牌認同度,而且可信度比熟悉 度的影響力大;品牌認同度會直接正向影響消費者的行為意向;此外,網紅可信 度與熟悉度會經由品牌認同度的中介正向影響消費者的行為意向,亦即有間接效 果。本研究的結果有助於業者挑選網紅時的參考,而且可以讓網紅知道經營社群 時可信度與熟悉度是重點,在理論價值方面,本研究提供網紅可信度與熟悉度影 響消費者的行為意向的解釋機制,此關係的中介變數就是品牌認同度。此外,KOL (大網紅)的可信度與 KOC(小網紅)的熟悉度各具優勢。
