Resepi Roti Sosej Gulung Ala-Ala Bakeri

Bahan-bahan

2 cwn tepung gandum

2 sb ragi kering

2 sb gula

2 sb mentega

1/2 sk garam

220 ml susu suam

bijan (secukupnya)


Cara memasak

1. Masukkan ragi kering dan gula ke dalam susu suam. Kacau lalu biarkan sehingga ragi mengembang selama 10 minit.

2. Kemudian, campurkan tepung gandum bersama garam dan mentega. Gaul sehingga sebati.

3. Tuangkan ragi  ke dalam adunan tepung dan gaul seketika.

4. Bawa adunan tersebut ke atas papan canai dan uli sebati.

5. Masukkan semula adunan ke dalam mangkuk. Kemudian, tutup adunan tersebut.

6. Biarkan sehingga doh mengembang 2 kali ganda.

7. Tumbuk sedikit adunan untuk mengeluarkan udara dan bahagikan kepada beberapa bulatan.

8. Rol adunan tersebut sehingga panjang dan lilit dengan kemas pada sosej. Biarkan doh kembang seketika.

9. Oleskan bahagian atas dengan susu segar dan taburkan sedikit bijan sebagai hiasan.

10. Bakar pada suhu 170°C selama 15 minit.

11. Roti Sosej Gulung Ala-Ala Bakeri siap untuk dihidangkan.

Bakery Style Sausage Bread Rolls Recipe

Ingredients 

2 cups wheat flour

2 tbsp of dry yeast

2 tbsp of sugar

2 tbsp of butter

1/2 tsp of salt

220 ml warm milk

sesame seeds (as needed)


Cooking methods

1. Mix well dry yeast and sugar into warm milk. Stir and let yeast expand for 10 minutes.

2. Then, mix wheat flour with salt and butter. Mix well.

3. Pour the yeast into the flour mixture and mix for a while.

4. Transfer and knead the dough on working table.

5. Transfer back into bowl then cover the dough.

6. Let the dough double in size.

7. Punch the dough to release air and divide the dough into small pieces.

8. Roll the dough into a long cylinder and roll enclose the sausage neatly. Let them expand for while.

9. Brush on top with fresh milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds on top.

10. Bake at 170°C for 15 minutes.

不同接觸壓力對表面硬化鑄鐵之磨耗研究

本研究探討FC350波來體基片墨鑄鐵與FCD450肥粒體基球墨鑄鐵兩種原料經過氣體軟氮化處理、不同的沃斯田鐵化溫度為840℃、880℃和940℃油淬後分別再進行200℃低溫回火後以及調質後再去做氣體軟氮化等三種製程的組織與硬度特性,並討論不同荷重的接觸壓力下對於其磨耗性能的影響。FC350波來體基灰鑄鐵塊材表面做高週波淬火感應硬化後,並分別做高週波線上回火以及4°C冰水冷處理,對FC350灰鑄鐵感硬硬化層組織及硬度特性之比較,並針對各種階段測試之高週波參數熱處理件之殘留沃斯田體含量及殘留應力進行量測,再進行硬度檢測及有效硬化深度、表面硬化層和心部組織觀察。 實驗結果顯示FC350與FC

D450經過840℃淬火回火後,其組織為淬火回火麻田散體,FCD450還可觀察到許多殘留肥粒體,而經過880℃和940℃淬火回火後,可以觀察到白色殘留沃斯田體的開始出現,但FCD450在880℃淬火回火後還是有些許的殘留肥粒體存在,隨著沃斯田體化溫度越高,殘留沃斯田體區域會越多。微硬度檢測可以發現兩種原料不管是否有調質,白色氮化層厚度皆約10μm且硬度都大於950HV。磨耗試驗發現兩種鑄鐵淬火回火後有著起始壓力增加,重量損失增加;沃斯田體化越高,重量損失減少的趨勢,但FC350在940℃淬火回火後有大量殘留沃斯田體,故重量損失反而增加。而氣體軟氮化處理之兩種試片,有無經過調質的試片重量損失相差

不大,所以並不用先調質再去做氣體軟氮化,也能得到良好的磨耗效益。 針對FC350灰鑄鐵使用功率6.4KW載台移速85(0.8mm/s)之淬火試片之硬化層硬度最高為775HV0.3,有效硬化深度(550HV)約為2250μm,殘留沃斯田體含量高達20.9%。功率5.1KW載台移速120(0.8mm/s)之線上回火試片硬化層硬度仍可以保持在600HV0.3(55HRC)以上,殘留沃斯田體含量可以下降至3%以下。經過4℃冰水冷處理20分鐘再使用空氣爐180℃低溫回火一小時,也可以降低殘留沃斯田體含量至11.5%。由磨耗試驗證實高週波感應硬化後之試片相較於原材能增加其耐磨性,經過線上回火與冷處理

過後會降低殘留沃斯田體含量,磨耗效益更優於高週波淬火過後之試片。

Neither BSA nor Triumph ever published a workshop manual for these models, however, the combination of these three publications provides the most comprehensive maintenance and repair information that was ever made

available from the manufacturer.MANUALS & TECHNICAL PUBLICATIONS: Maintenance, repair and service information was issued under both the BSA and Triumph name. However, as the machines were identical in all aspects, any technical documentation can be applied to either manufacturer without hesitat

ion.SERVICE SHEETS: Beginning in December 1959, both BSA and Triumph began publishing repair, overhaul and technical information in the form of individual (dealer only) ’Service Sheets’. It should be noted that it was never intended that these service sheets would be distributed to the general publ

the BSA Sunbeam and Triumph Tigress were entirely cosmetic-the former in polychromatic green paint, also two-tone red and cream, with a BSA badge; the latter in a shell blue or mimosa and ivory (two-tone) with a Triumph badge.Introduced in late 1959, the scooter was available with a 250 cc four-str

oke twin (10hp), or 175cc two-stroke single cylinder engine (7.5hp). Both engines were forced-air-cooled. The two-stroke was a development of the BSA Bantam engine but the four-stroke was a completely new parallel-twin with a gear drive to the gearbox. The contact-breaker fed two separate ignition c

oils, each of which connected directly to its own spark plug without the need for a distributor. Drive to the rear wheel was by a fully enclosed chain in an oil bath. Both versions had four, foot-operated gears. Some of the 250 twins were fitted with an electric starter and a 12 volt (not 6 volt) el

ectrical system, they were identified as either B2S (Sunbeam) or TW2S (Triumph). The 250 cc four-stroke model was discontinued in 1964 and the 175cc two-stroke model in 1965.

本研究將奈米石墨烯添加到PGO SL 10W/40 原廠機油中,後續進行基礎性質及實車試驗。基礎性質實驗包括沉降試驗、磨潤試驗、黏度試驗、比熱試驗以及熱傳導試驗;實車試驗包含ECE-40、定速(50 km/h)、平路與爬坡試驗,同時觀察各測試項目數據,分別為引擎性能、廢氣排放、粒狀汙染物、實車溫度測試。在基礎性質試驗中,沉降試驗發現,在觀察沉澱現象的第30天之後,懸浮性最佳濃度為0.01 wt.%。磨潤試驗顯示,0.1 wt.%的磨潤效果最佳,其改善率為72.34 %。黏度試驗顯示,0.03 wt.%在高溫狀態下黏度平均下降了26.51 %。比熱試驗顯示,0.03 wt.%較原廠機油平均下降
