本研究主要以瞭解賓士汽車經營商企業形象及銷售情況。研究對象為賓士汽車B經銷商之客戶，透過2008至2018年銷售歷史資料分析，取得有效樣本計10432為客戶。採用SPSS統計軟體進行資料分析，將所得之資料進行描述統計分析，包含年度銷售概況、客戶訪談次數、試乘次數、客戶性別、興趣車系、興趣車款、成交車系、成交車款、掛牌年月比較。本研究結果分析指出：(1) 前往賓士B經銷商銷售據點賞車客戶中，男性族群多於女性族群；(2) 賓士B經銷商客戶的興趣車系主要以C-Class、E-Class、GL基本款車系為多；(3) 賓士B經銷商客戶的興趣車款以基本款轎車為主；(4) 賓士B經銷上在銷售月份分布上以1

月與12月為最多，而從年度成交月份趨勢分析出2月與8月會受到台灣新年與民間鬼月習俗的影響成交車數為最少；(5) 本研究亦發現在賓士B經銷商據點的女性客戶較注重客戶訪談，其訪談次數多於男性客戶，而男性客戶則較注重試乘體驗，其試乘次數多於女性客戶；(6)賓士B經銷商銷售成功成交與客戶訪談次數及試乘次數呈現正向相關；(7) 賓士B經銷商之客戶資料在顯示其對喜好車系、車款有其偏愛；(8) 賓士B經銷商在銷售上，基本款車系如C-Class、E-Class較其他車系有較多的訪談次數與成交車數，可見基本款車系為市場銷售的主力。最後，本研究也根據上述之結果，提供實務相關之建議與方案。
