一氧化氮 (NO) 被認為是空氣污染物的主要成分之一，目前已引發酸雨、光化學煙霧等環境問題，甚至可造成人類健康危害。在為解決這些問題而應用的各種技術之中，光催化技術因其能夠在低濃度下降解 NO，且具低處理成本、永續和環境友善性等特性而備受關注。近期的研究結果指出氧化鋅奈米柱(NRs)因其高傳輸電荷效率、高表面積與體積比和高性能等特性，被視為極具發展潛力之光催化劑。然而，目前關於其最佳合成方法的研究仍然甚少，因此本研究通過一步驟溶劑熱法成功合成高性能的氧化鋅納米柱光催化劑，並針對其合成方法參數與特性進行研究。透過X光繞射儀(XRD)、傅立葉轉換紅外光譜儀(FTIR)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、

探討COVID-19疫情期間以心率變異(HRV)分析內外科護理人員職場壓力與睡眠品質之相關性研究—以工作挫折及組織文化為中介及調節變項

全球護理人員的職場壓力與睡眠品質問題已是醫療領域的重要課題之一。不同於過去許多研究護理人員職場壓力及睡眠品質的文章，本研究在全球大流行COVID-19疫情期間，用客觀的生理指標心率變異(Heart Rate Variability, HRV)來分析內外科護理人員，探討心率變異與職場壓力、睡眠品質之間的相關性，並以工作挫折及組織文化為中介及調節變項。本研究採橫斷式相關性研究，取樣台灣南部某醫學中心之內外科護理人員，以網路問卷調查及5分鐘心率變異生理指標監測資料進行比對，共回收有效問卷及心率變異數值264份，有效樣本回收率達99.6%。以SPSS 22版進行描述性及推論性統計分析，研究結果顯示職

場壓力越高會導致匹茲堡睡眠品質量表得分升高，代表睡眠品質變差(p< .001)、職場壓力越高，工作挫折也越高(p< .001)、工作挫折越高，匹茲堡睡眠品質量表得分也越高，代表睡眠品質越差(p< .01)；工作挫折在職場壓力對睡眠品質間不具中介效果，而組織文化在職場壓力對睡眠品質間具有調節效果；職場壓力對心率變異無顯著影響力及預測力、睡眠品質對心率變異具有部分顯著的影響力及預測力，代表睡眠品質越差，會部分顯著影響護理人員的自主神經整體活性程度、交感神經活性和生理體能指標的調控。在本研究結果可知在COVID-19疫情期間，內外科護理人員職場壓力大、睡眠品質差，故建議護理管理者，可視當時工作環境及

狀態去調整適當的人力及物力，提供護理人員適當的資源，降低職場壓力，進而改善睡眠品質。
