，讓住宅室內空間具有輕鬆的氛圍，成為都市人日常的壓力舒緩之空間從而促進身心恢復是本研究著重探討的議題。 本研究以住宅起居空間為例，通過專家訪談進行空間輕鬆氛圍特徵的探索與歸納、再開展線上問卷調查與資料收集工作，並經由量化研究進行因素分析驗證、建立空間特徵與輕鬆氛圍感知的回歸模型，同時通過實驗法演繹藉由特徵元素建構輕鬆氛圍空間的可能性。 經研究發現，質性分析表明住宅室內起居空間中的確存在能夠引起輕鬆感知的特徵元素。這些特徵元素分屬於空間的組成、形態、色彩及材質面向；實驗結果亦顯示，所歸納的特徵元素對於空間輕鬆氛圍之建構具有顯著的提升效果。經量化驗證，關於空間的輕鬆氛圍在空間的形態、組
