Green Parties propose an alternative voice in politics to tackle our environmental ruin. All over the world, there are 91 Green Parties that believe in committing our governments to environmental stewardship, through electing green movement leaders into office. In Asia, Taiwan is home to the region’s oldest Green Party, which won a National Assembly seat in 1996 - their very first election campaign.
Our guest today is Professor Dafydd Fell, a political scientist at SOAS University of London, and Director of the Centre of Taiwan Studies. Dafydd Fell is author of the new book: “Taiwan’s Green Parties: Alternative Politics in Taiwan”, published in March 2021 by Routledge.

臺灣休閒露營地基礎設施需求之研究

臺灣近年來掀起一波露營熱潮，露營活動已經成了國人假日最喜愛的休閒活動之一。露營場地如雨後春筍般一家又一家的開，一些知名露營場地假日的營位更是一帳難求。然而，在這股熱潮下，有關營地設施、安全、規範或收退費等各種問題也是層出不窮。蓋因國內休閒露營地規劃時，對許多基礎設施並沒有詳細的標準，如此，營地經營業者無法有明確的規劃方向，提供的相關營地資訊更是容易缺漏，露營遊客也因此無法獲得正確、整體的資訊，這都是造成營地安全與衝突紛爭的重要因素。 本研究使用深度訪談法蒐集資料，參考國內外休閒露營地設立之相關規定，整理出露營場地應具備之相關機能。透過三角驗證法彙整露營遊客、露營業者以及露營專家對臺灣休
閒露營場地基礎設施與分級之意見。經本研究分析、整理，提出以下三個要點：一、臺灣目前休閒露營產業以舒適型露營人口為主，認為營地應提供基本水、電、衛浴、休閒設施以滿足露營遊客需求，特別是對衛浴設施的要求為最高。二、重視露營的舒適度，而忽略營區應提供的安全、交通、管理機能。三、期待政府對於露營區的合法問題成立專責的部門，能立露營專法符合現今露營生活型態，保障露營遊客、業者之權益。 臺灣休閒露營產業仍在蓬勃發展中，如何提升國內休閒露營地的品質與安全，並與國際接軌，引進國際露營地的星級制度，將臺灣壯麗的自然風景行銷世界，是未來的課題。
All We Want Is the Earth: Land, Labour and the Decolonising of Modern Environmentalism

運動是一種改善中老年人骨骼肌氧合能力、提高肌肉力量並最終影響整體身體功能表現的有效方式。然而，較少的研究評估不同運動類型之間訓練效益的差異。此外，由於中老年人生病、外出旅行與照顧兒童等原因，迫使運動鍛煉的中斷。如何合理安排運動訓練的週期、強度與停訓週期，以促使中老年人在未來再訓練快速恢復以往訓練效益，目前亦尚不清楚。本文以三個研究建構而成。研究I：不同運動訓練模式對中老年人的骨骼肌氧合能力、肌力與身體功能表現的影響。以此探討50歲及以上中老年人進行每週2次為期8週的爆發力、阻力訓練以及心肺訓練在改善中老年人肌肉組織氧合能力、與肌肉力量身體功能效益的差異。我們的研究結果表明：爆發力組在改善下肢
肌力、最大爆發力與肌肉品質方面表現出較佳的效果。心肺組提高了30s坐站測試成績並減少了肌肉耗氧量，從而改善了中老年人在30s坐站測試期間的運動經濟性。年紀較高的肌力組則對於改善平衡能力更加有效。此外，三組運動形式均有效改善了中老年人人敏捷性。研究 Ⅱ：停止訓練對運動訓練後中老年人肌力與身體功能表現的影響：系統性回顧與meta分析。本研究欲探討停止訓練對運動訓練後中老年人肌力與身體功能表現訓練效益維持的影響。我們的研究結果表明：訓練期大於停止運動訓練期是肌力維持的重要因素。若訓練期
