教育訓練是企業提昇人才競爭力的關鍵，企業講師在其中扮演重要的角色。企業講師透過教學能給學員帶來哪些影響？也就是如何影響其認知基模的變化？基模變化受到哪些教學方法影響？而有效教學方法與學習理論之間的關係？因為企業內訓現場很少公開，相關問題並未被充份研究。 本研究以上市公司企業內訓為標的，在探討教育訓練、企業講師、學習理論、以及基模理論等研究文獻後，實際參與企業訓練課程「專業簡報力」，並邀請參與課程四間公司共12 位企業學員，以縱貫性質性研究方法，於課程前、課程剛結束、課程結束後一個月、課程結束後兩個月，合計四個不同時間段進行深入訪談，並以紮根理論研究法，由兩位研究者以MAXQDA

軟體對訪談內容進行開放編碼及三角校正後，再對編碼內容進行後續分析，了解學習者之學習成效－也就是其認知基模變化，與教學方法及學習理論之關係。 本研究發現，教育訓練課程造成學習者15 種認知基模變化，會隨時間經歷而淡化，最終聚焦於少數核心；進一步研究教學方法，發現企業講師教學過程中採用24 種教學方法，其中演練、示範、結構化、分組教學、案例是其中的關鍵，會影響長期認知基模變化；最終以三大學習理論：行為理論、認知理論、建構理論，進行教學方法相互關係整合後，發現當教學歷程依三階段輪替三大學習理論，更能影響學習者長期基模建立，在整合有效教學方法與理論連結後，最後提出有效教學之三角學習理論（Tri
