Wells to pick up a pen to write about issues of race and politics in the South. Using the moniker "Iola," a number

of her articles were published in black newspapers and periodicals. Wells eventually became an owner of the Memphis Free Speech and Headlight, and, later, of the Free Speech. She even took on the subject of lynching, and in 1898, Wells brought her anti-lynching campaign to the White House, leading

a protest in Washington, DC, and calling for President William McKinley to make reforms. Ida B. Wells never backed down in the fight for justice.

專利權隸屬於工業財產權的一環，專利申請權人必須於申請專利時，揭露完整的技術內容。當專利獲准時，智慧財產局將以專利公報的方式，公告發明人的相關專利資訊，以供社會大眾利用(包含授權等)，因此，專利公報本身就富含相當完整的各項專利資訊。本研究先運用內容分析法，探討近五年(2017-2021) 共計189件的汽車頭燈設計專利。運用專利公報上所公告的各項資訊，探討：(1)專利審查天數；(2)專利權保護年數；(3)外國人持有專利百分比；(4)專利權存續百分比。接著，本研究委託車燈產業專家(平均年資為16.4年)，針對近一年(2021)共計54件汽車頭燈設計專利進行外觀專利判讀，再經由多元尺度法(Mult

idimensional Scaling, MDS)形成汽車頭燈設計專利的專利地圖，藉以解析汽車頭燈專利的布局。經由內容分析，研究結果顯示：(1)專利審查天數為289.6天(約9.7個月)；(2)專利權保護年數為14.21年；(3)外國人持有專利百分比為12.16%；(4)專利權存續百分比為99.4%。經由專利地圖分析，研究結果顯示：(1)採取兩階段進行多元尺度分析，可以有效提高RSQ值，提升專利地圖的解釋力。(2)同一企業所研發的產品，將會形成專利小群，不僅可以形成產品識別，亦可以避免競爭對手模仿或抄襲。(3)當不同的企業產品產生同群競爭的情形時，企業可依專利地圖的結果，擬定接續的專利策略，

進行新的專利布局。本研究探討台灣汽車頭燈設計專利，期盼研究成果可供產業作為參考。
