現今資訊發達及行動裝置普及的情況下，帶來了龐大的數據量，對於個使用者獲取資訊來說相對容易，各行各業都從中發展出不同的行銷模式進而獲得廣大商機，在運動領域也出現相同情況。運動產業藉由網路媒體傳播到各個角落，在美國排名前五名運動項目之一的美國國家籃球協會(National Basketball Association, NBA)也跟上了這波熱潮，藉由各式各樣聯盟、球隊組織活動，不但創造了話題性及討論度，同時也將其產業鏈連結到我們生活中，例如：球迷可藉由行動裝置透過網路傳遞方式，不僅能夠直接觀賞運動比賽線上直播或是接收社群媒體訊息等，同時球迷也能直接在網路商店中購買到關於球隊及球員之相關周邊商品。

而組織經營管理團隊，除了要了解如何透過商業手法獲益以外，最重要的則是如何操作球隊獲得更多的勝利，創造出球隊品牌效益，進一步的吸引到更多的球迷支持球隊，因此如何獲得球隊勝利變成組織的首要課題。每年NBA每場例行賽都攸關球隊是否能夠獲得季後賽資格，進一步抱得年度的冠軍金盃，因此如何找出潛在影響每場對戰組合中的勝負因子，則須透過數據資料挖掘找出隱藏的訊息並觀察與解釋，讓其數據產生有用的價值。本研究設計三組不同實驗進行預測模型之比較，其中除了透過歷史賽事數據資料探勘與機器學習相結合方式以外，同時使用了衡量各類對弈活動水準的評價方法Elo等級分制度（Elo Rating System）及搜集運動新聞文章

、評論使用文字探勘等方式，希望透過上述不同面向找出影響對戰組合勝負的關鍵因子並建立運動賽事預測對戰組合之預測模型。

　　職業運動聯盟及其賽事轉播自問世以來，便與傳播媒體、廣告贊助業者共同發展出以直播時效性為核心，高度商業化的共生經濟型態。進入21世紀後，網際網路促進多元傳播平台的出現，更帶動整個產業在商業模式上的轉變。本研究首先綜合分析職業運動聯盟轉播產業鏈的市場結構，賽事轉播的經濟特質與法律定性。進而透過歐美競爭法的立法例與案例見解，分析發展出現行主流轉播權交易授權架構，意即以集中交易與獨家授權為主要模式的影響因素，包括職業運動聯盟的運作須仰賴內部競爭平衡的維繫、高額轉播權利金的分配以及促進交易與營運效率等。而透過前述分析與對我國中華職棒聯盟轉播權交易模式現狀的綜合比較，本研究進一步發現多元傳播平台與注
