How to Facilitate Team Work Agreements: A Practical, 10-Step Process for Building a Right-Minded Team That Works as One

Is your team struggling to overcome interpersonal conflicts, poor performance, or process issues? Solve your challenges with Right-Minded Teamwork’s Work Agreements, and guide teammates to do no harm while working as one. What Is This Book About?Right-Minded Teamwork (RMT) is a business-oriented,

psychological approach to team building where acceptance, forgiveness, and adjustment are teammate characteristics, and 100% customer satisfaction is the team’s result. Work Agreements are the third of RMT’s five core tools, called the 5 Elements.Work Agreements are collective team pledges to trans

form non-productive, dysfunctional team behaviors into positive, constructive, team-based choices and actions. Work Agreements are not guidelines or ground rules. They are emotionally mature promises that guide a team to work collaboratively towards the shared goal of achieving customer satisfaction

. With Work Agreements, your team can openly resolve issues that are already hurting or which have the potential to hurt team performance. This book will teach you how to successfully create and implement team Work Agreements. Strictly speaking, there is no one absolute right way to facilitate Work A

greement dialogues, but the fundamental principles for team transformation are captured in the 10 Steps covered in this book. Learn them, and you will succeed. Is This Book for You?This book is written primarily for team facilitators. However, team leaders and teammates may also follow these steps to

create powerful, effective, Right-Minded Work Agreements that solve and prevent interpersonal and process problems.Work Agreements: Navigate Team ConflictIf you’ve ever been part of a team, you know it is not a matter of if conflict will occur among teammates. It is a question of when. Like a compl

ex machine without an operator’s manual, if strong teamwork is not actively maintained, team performance will eventually degrade into separateness and egotistical self-interest. Work Agreements draw teammates back together again by transforming dysfunctional work behaviors into mature, behavioral te

amwork promises that produce real results. It is far better to have Work Agreements in place before teammate disagreements happen because established Work Agreements can serve to mitigate and even make positive use of teammate clashes. However, even if your team is already in conflict, it’s still not

too late (and will never be too late!) to create and actively live team Work Agreements.A Note from Dan Hogan, Co-Creator of RMTIn the thirty-five years of my team-building career, I facilitated over 500 teams in varying states of conflict and dysfunction. Every team created some kind of Work Agree

ment and succeeded as a result.I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Work Agreements work. They are right for every team, everywhere, forever. If you use them, I promise they will help make your team(s) and the world a better place.Let’s get started right now.Dan Hogan, Certified Master Facilitator

Global campaigns and growing awareness have led consumers to have become more environmentally friendly in day-to-day life to sustain a better environment, each contributing to reducing the destruction of the environment. As a result, green consumerism impacts the bottom line to make its products an

d activities more environmentally friendly. This research reveals the factors that affect the green consumerism behavior from the consumer's point of view, which is the reason for the consumer's purchase intentions. Enables marketers and policymakers to understand the actual behavior of consumers in

making green purchase intentions through constructs from the Theory of Reasoned Action.A conceptual model is conducted and verified empirically verified using a survey of 528 respondents evaluated through structural equation modeling. The result shows a significant effect between attitude towards g

reen products and green purchase intention. In contrast, the relationship between green purchase intention and subjective norms is statistically insignificant. Therefore, self-concept assumes the effect between subjective norms and green purchase intention. Furthermore, the impact from self-concept

to green purchase intention, while positive in general significantly, differs based on the social Influence of purchasing green products - in developing countries considered in this study. Thus, it substantiates theoretical assumptions that emphasize the importance of individualism as a determinant

of purchasing green products by suggesting self-concept as mediating related to subjective norms and green purchase intention. Thus, this research indicates the increased intention toward green products to practitioners and policymakers.

Teaching Yoga with Intention: The Essential Guide to Skillful Hands-On Assists and Verbal Communication

The definitive guide to effective and appropriate communication through words and touch between yoga teachers and their students.Clear, effective verbal communication and judicious touch are two skills that Judith Hanson Lasater feels are essential for every yoga teacher. In Teaching Yoga with In

tention, she gives pointed advice on how to interact verbally with students in class and how to appropriately use touch to make corrections. Drawing from her fifty years of yoga experience and her training in Nonviolent Communication, Lasater trains yoga teachers to effectively communicate not only

technique, but also the more subtle lessons of respect, empathy, and compassion. She also shines an unflinching light on the use of touch in yoga. Teachers often use touch to create understanding and awareness in the poses. But this is a subtle art, and Lasater gives clear guidance on how, where, an

d when the use of touch can be used appropriately to further a student’s development. In this book, Lasater also empowers students by encouraging them to take ownership of and responsibility for their practice. She covers myriad topics that can be difficult for students at any level to navigate, suc

h as how and when to say no to an adjustment; keeping boundaries; when to leave a class; helping your teacher understand your needs; how to communicate your appreciation to your yoga teacher; and if and when to report a teacher’s behavior. The skills that Lasater offers help create a safe environmen

t for students to own their learning process, and to progress technically at their own speed.
