本文研究家庭中跨代財務移轉之決定因素及相關性分析，除了針對個人及家庭特徵等因素外，也探究社會總體及人口結構變遷對跨代財務移轉之影響。本實證研究使用華人家庭動態資料庫1999~2018年的追蹤調查資料，觀察個人在不同年齡對於跨代移轉的變化，以及探討青壯年在家庭內的財務移轉上，究竟受到哪些因素影響或有顯著關聯，包含個人特徵變數、個人經濟變數、家庭關係變數、以及地區社經及人口結構指標等。研究方法上，本文將家內跨代移轉分為行為決策以及金額多寡來做探討，使用邏輯迴歸模型與杜賓迴歸模型來進行迴歸分析，並根據追蹤資料的特性，控制年度固定效果與個人隨機效果。敘述統計結果顯示，隨著個人的年紀增加，給予父母的財

務移轉會逐漸增加，接受父母的移轉則逐漸下降，兩者的行為占比約略於25歲形成交叉，到了30歲向上高於向下移轉的比例成明顯差距，而迴歸結果也驗證年齡差異對跨代財務移轉的效果呈現非線性分布。從邏輯及杜賓迴歸結果都顯示，在跨代移轉上不論是行為決策或金額多寡，與年齡、世代、性別、世代性別交乘項、兄弟姊妹數量、有無婚姻、有無工作、工時、所得、高等教育、父親受高等教育、母親受高等教育、擁有多於一個小孩、有無與父母同居、有無房貸等因素具有顯著關聯。其中，受過高等教育相對於沒有者與給予父母的財務移轉有顯著正向關聯，支持子女成年後對父母過去人力資本投資的回報之論點。另外，我們也發現了居住縣市扶養比對於個人的家庭內

用貸款引起的金融海嘯、2020年年初開始在全世界擴散的新型冠狀病毒COVID-19，皆重創全球之經濟，無數公司行號發生經營困難，也因此被迫對供應商採取延期付款或倒閉。企業倒閉將對上游供應商造成巨大影響，部份供應商甚至隨之倒閉。因此，本篇論文將探討Factoring業務如何協助供應商去評估、轉嫁SCF裡的買方信用風險，由承購商承保其對買方的應收帳款，並以本國一大型跨國紡織供應商為例，列示在實務上，金融機構如何評估其買方信用風險之過程、核准額度，使該供應商的應收帳款風險轉嫁至金融機構且可維持營業現金流正常，以穩定公司價值。
