Prostate cancer (PCa) is the most ordinary cancerous in men, which has been mainly noticed in Western and Asian countries including Taiwan. The aggregation of PCa and castration-resistant PCa aggressiveness have been the crucial causes in patient’s mortality. To seek new therapeutic strategies to c

ure this lethal progression is an urgent need. In this study, we endeavored to investigate the therapeutic efficacy of alpinumisoflavone (AIF) on PCa cells, including LNCaP (androgen-dependent) and C4-2 (castration-resistant) PCa cell lines. In the results of an investigation, AIF exhibited the atte

nuation of cell proliferation, migration, and invasion in both LNCaP and C4-2 cells. Furthermore, AIF enabled to reduce the expression of androgen receptor (AR) and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) as well as inhibit the expression of fatty acid synthase (FASN), a rate-limiting factor for de novo lip

id biosynthesis (lipogenesis). By inhibiting FASN expression, AIF significantly decreased the intracellular fatty acid amounts and lipid droplet accumulation in PCa cells. Moreover, through co-targeting FASN-mediated lipogenesis and the AR axis, AIF induced the caspase-dependent apoptotic pathway in

LNCaP and C4-2 cells. In summary, our data demonstrated for the first time the potential of AIF as a novel therapeutic compound and provide an alternative opportunity for the treatment of patients with PCa malignancy.

本文以CNC三軸銑床進行單點增量成型之研究,加工刀具為Ø10 mm碳化鎢無刃球刀,加工板材為AL6061,板厚1 mm,潤滑油使用滑道油R68,加工路徑採用步階降層與斜降降層兩種路徑進行結果比較。本文實驗設計選用主軸轉速、水平進給以及Z軸切深為加工因子,探討上述加工因子對單點增量成型的成型力、加工後的板材厚度變化及表面粗糙度之影響。本文採兩種加工路徑結合3因子3水準的實驗設計組數,其整體實驗組共計54組。
