由於基礎設施不發達和經濟成長緩慢,普惠金融的低成長一直影響著許多發展中國家,使得這些國家的大多數人口被排除在外,無法為經濟發展做出貢獻,貧窮率也越來越高。然而,行動支付的誕生帶來了一項創新:讓每個公民都能平等地參與普惠金融和經濟發展。本文旨在分析行動支付如何加速史瓦帝尼的普惠金融發展。行動支付在該國產生許多影響,在本研究中,我們選擇了想要深入了解的十個變因。行動支付在史瓦帝尼金融領域的整合不斷增加,則是本研究的研究動機。本研究採用Logit二元回歸和在史瓦帝尼的FinScope全國消費者調查中所獲得的數據資料,全國共有2899名受訪者參與調查。鑑於二元性質運行因變量、logit模型和統計數據

我國自60年代締造舉世矚目之經濟奇蹟以來,隨著經濟之高度成長與工商業之擴充發展,對於土地之需求日益殷切。但受囿於國人重視土地之保有甚於利用之傳統觀念,及個人缺乏開發之資金與技術等因素,造成民間土地資源之大量閒置,無法作有效之利用。相對而言,政府部門就公有土地之經營,除因不諳管理致將大片土地長期置於低度利用外,其近時以競價方式出售閒置土地,更間接助長地價之飆漲,亦同為人們所詬病。在我國現今公、私有土地同樣面臨地利未盡與地價飆漲之難題下,如何活絡民間土地開發事業,暨如何將民間活力導入公有土地之經營管理之體認,乃成為我國當前土地法律政策之重大課題。 美、日土地信託對於活絡土地經濟及金
