背景：臺灣在2017年的氣喘盛行率占了近5%，顯示即使現在醫療進步，仍有許多人受氣喘所苦。氣喘，有時稱為哮喘或支氣管氣喘，是一種慢性呼吸道發炎的醫學狀況，病人可能包含以下臨床表徵：胸悶、咳嗽、呼吸短促、以及哮鳴聲，並且伴隨不定程度的氣流受限。現今的治療主要使用類固醇，雖然它已知有良好的抗發炎效果，其長期使用也會帶來其他併發症，因此非藥物介入就成了另一種選擇。本篇研究欲探討的非藥物介入為運動，特別是水中行走訓練，其對於呼吸道發炎情況帶來的緩解效果，也希望觀察不同水溫對於治療氣喘的影響，基於需深入了解背後的機制，本實驗會使用大鼠，並取出特定組織進行分析。方法：雄性大鼠(Sprague-Dawle
