摘要本研究為改善板台車之遮雨設備過於耗費人力且結構欠佳之問題，將板台車之遮雨蓬架設計為板台車電動雨蓬機構創新設計。一般鋼鐵工業於煉製過程中之半成品轉料或成品運輸時皆採用板台車載運，因每逢下雨時則須採以適當之遮蓋以防鋼品被雨水汙染產生水漬，進而影響品質良率。傳統運輸車上會準備防水帆布，每當下雨時則以人力鋪蓋綁縛，或有鋼廠採用鋼管結構外覆帆布的蓬架用於雨天運輸使用，但操作時需為兩人齊力同步的動作推動蓬架，機械結構容易因受力不均而產生卡頓，進而導致操作不流暢現象。若遇長期之雨季，目前板台車之遮雨手段皆屬費時又費工。針對上述待改善的問題，本研究將針對應用層面上提出實務的解決方案。為降低使用之危險性，

並達成節省時間與人力以提高工作效率之成效，本研究致力於板台車電動雨蓬機構創新設計。過程中係採用計算機械利益，先以完善理論作為設計基礎，再作細部之零件設計。藉由電動操作模式下驅動齒輪於齒條上產生位移，使蓬架連桿組可於車台之軌道上滑動伸縮，此傳動方式除省力外也較為安全；且藉凸輪拉柄之設計，可平移油壓馬達之裝設位置，使用上更具彈性與便利。最後實作選材時，使用廠商提供之機件參數作參考，於加工組裝完成後，以成品實體操作試車，於電動操作模式下測試約53秒可完成最大滑移行程之作動，並佐以多組實驗實施，整體機構創新設計經由實作驗證其可行性。

設計研究不僅是紙上談兵，更需要能具體應用與實踐，零浪費的環保概念早在1960年代即出現在報章媒體上，然而就算現今這資訊爆炸的年代，大多數人卻只停留在談論階段，開始付諸行動的仍佔少數。近幾年來雖然開始有許多所謂的綠色行動如：綠色21天、綠色和平戰艦、海洋淨化活動等透過行銷來宣導相關概念，然而這些都是屬於消費者或是民眾後續協助處理與解決，實際在設計產品時，並未有一系列特定的設計手法讓設計師參考。34個案例 在論文文獻中，本研究探討六個環保設計理論，藉由整理各理論所提及的環保循環概念提出三大循環特徵；再透過KJ法分析，將34個環保產品的案例分群組歸納出環保產品的五個設計手法，藉此建立『零浪費

』概念的產品設計策略，讓產品設計師在設計環保商品時能有參考具體建議與依據。此外，為了將零浪費概念進行推廣，透過參考兩個環保行動與參與式行動研究的概念，以「一日零浪費生活」為發想主題，並改良設計『一日生活中』會接觸到的日用品，規劃一個體驗式展覽活動來行銷環保生活與設計理念，以實際行動來推廣零浪費的環保意識。 本論規劃的體驗展共計舉辦三天，在體驗展的展後回饋中，以問卷訪談了35位觀展者，得出以下幾點結論與建議；第一，受訪者有受到展覽所呈現的資訊衝擊而改變意識；第二，多數的受訪者願意在後續展開環保行動；第三，受訪者認為零浪費生活工具包有解決展覽中所提到的問題；第四，未來體驗展可以朝向完整結合參

與式行動研究的概念來進行規劃。
