各國領袖利用推特實踐公眾外交越來越頻繁,本研究以總統蔡英文的推特為研究對象,蒐集其2020年3月26日至2020年12月31日的推文共計407則進行內容分析,並對經營團隊進行深度訪談,藉此解析蔡英文如何透過推特經營進行公眾外交,包括展現什麼外交議題、發展哪些外交關係,以及用哪些推特科技特性來進行操作。本研究發現,蔡英文推特所建立的國家及區域關係,遠遠超過台灣邦交國數量,其中尤其重視美國、日本以及歐盟中與台灣民主政體理念相同的國家,有助於建立國際盟友。蔡英文的經營團隊更利用推特科技特性,搭配線上線下活動與蔡英文公私領域的形象,讓推文操作更加靈活並擴大傳播效益。研究最後也提出對於未來不同領袖或政

府機關使用推特外交的建議。

探討Instagram用戶參與社群媒體影響者內容之動機與行為

隨社群媒體興起,許多社群媒體影響者(social media influencer,SMI)開始透過社群媒體真實展演自身的生活,吸引用戶目光、關注及與其作互動,盼增強自身知名度,成為用戶信賴且具有影響力的影響者,同時塑造個人品牌。當用戶與SMI的互動後,用戶會對SMI產生認同感、信任SMI,使得SMI是用戶模仿的對象並能影響用戶行為。一直以來,顧客參與度是提升品牌忠誠度的關鍵,然而,在過往顧客線上品牌參與理論多以企業品牌進行討論,較少針對個人品牌進行討論。此外,在過往SMI相關研究中,較多探討粉絲對於SMI自身與其代言產品等關係,較少討論用戶與SMI兩者間互動聯繫之過程與個人品牌關係之建立。

綜合以上,本研究以SMI視為個人品牌探討用戶參與SMI內容的動機為何,及後續之相關對SMI態度想法進而影響用戶對SMI品牌忠誠。本研究以Instagram的8位生活類型SMI作為研究對象,針對有在Instagram上觀看該8位SMI內容之社群媒體用戶進行發放,共回收576份有效樣本。結果顯示,表達自我對消費沒有正向顯著關係,但其正向影響貢獻、創造行為,其餘資訊尋求、社會化及娛樂是正向影響消費、貢獻及創造行為,而消費、貢獻、創造行為皆正向影響社會存在、歸屬感,其兩者與品牌忠誠皆有正向影響關係。本研究發現,用戶參與個人品牌內容之動機與用戶參與企業品牌動機不同及成功了解用戶參與SMI動機為何、參與後

之態度與想法進而建立SMI品牌忠誠之過程。故建議生活類型SMI想要提升個人品牌參與,可以從了解用戶參與SMI的動機進行著手。此外,生活類型SMI撰寫有趣、用戶喜歡的貼文內容,吸引用戶目光來其作出參與行為,參與度越高,用戶對群體的歸屬感與社會存在就會高,進而對該SMI有品牌忠誠,有效建立用戶與個人品牌之長久關係。
