國造輪型甲車底盤載具後續欲搭載大口徑武器系統(迫擊砲、戰車砲等)衍生其他車型,需要能承受高衝擊負載車體結構,故於現有底盤載具基礎上,改良發展新式底盤載具,作為後續車型發展用。本文針對新式底盤載具振動特徵進行研究。由於輪型甲車振動來源複雜,彼此相互影響,因此研究設計靜態與動態多種行駛條件,使用人工神經網路(Artificial Neural Network, ANN)方法進行車體振動交互影響識別,並成功完成車體振動關鍵部位彼此因果關係預測模型。研究結果可作為既有選用系統、構型設計限制下,提升車輛整體操作性能、精進後續衍生車型設計參考。本文同時導入時頻分析方法,將車體振動能訊號轉換為時頻圖(Sp

ectrogram),顯示訊號在不同時間具有的頻率和能量強弱,研究成果可作為車輛品質檢驗或辨識異常發生之根據。另結合實驗設計法(Design of Experiments, DOE)分析車體負載變化區間,可在控制加速度與位移情形下,得知各局部結構能量變異相對極值變化,研究成果可減少未來裝備性能驗證實測次數,有效降低新型底盤載具研製人、物力成本。最終研究成果,可用於選擇合適減振材料與防振措施,在抑制關鍵振動源、阻絕傳遞途徑雙重手段下,發展輪型甲車振動分析策略。

汽車車身經碰撞再維修後的品質,通常單以外觀檢視,但車身維修技師使用的焊接種類及工法卻鮮少有深入探討其焊接品質,而車身維修所運用的焊接可直接影響車身修復品質;車身焊接常會使用MIG welding與MIG brazing來進行,本研究論文針對MIG welding與MIG brazing焊接性能的差異做為研究主題,進行探討。 本研究論文以車身維修常用的焊接種類MIG welding與MIG brazing,針對車身維修常使用的焊接工法:對接焊(Butt Weld)、搭接焊(Overlap Weld)、填塞孔焊(Plug Weld),進行焊接性能研究,以兩種焊接種類分別進行三種焊接工法,

並實做於模擬車身外板材料Mild Steel上,以萬能試驗機進行拉伸強度測試,透過試驗數據,比較出最佳的焊接種類及焊接工法。實驗材料為Mild Steel,長200mmx寬30mmx厚1mm,作為模擬車身外板材料。 透過實驗數據呈現,不論焊接種類MIG welding平均抗拉強度優於MIG brazing約12%;不論焊接方式焊道不研磨平均抗拉強度優於焊道研磨約34%;不論方式種類搭接焊平均抗拉強度優於對接焊約4%,優於填塞孔焊約270%;不論焊接方式搭接焊不含填塞孔焊平均抗拉強度優於含填塞孔焊約10%;不論焊接方式對接間隙1.0mm對接焊優於間隙0.5mm約9%,優於間隙0.0mm約2
