本研究目的為瞭解獨木舟參與者不同人口背景在遊憩專門化程度與風險認知之差異,以及暸解遊憩專門化與風險認知兩者間之相關性。本研究方法為量化研究,以曾經參與獨木舟海洋航行之獨木舟參與者為研究對象,研究工具採信效度良好之封閉式問卷,採便利抽樣法進行網路問卷調查,回收有效問卷388份。本研究資料以 SPSS 統計軟體進行分析,採用敘述統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 相關係數分析。本研究結果發現:一、獨木舟參與者遊憩專門化程度為中上程度,構面中最高為「認知」,其次為「情感」,最低為「行為」;風險認知之程度為中高程度;構面中最高為「心理風險」,後續依次為「人為風險」、「環境風險

」、「裝備風險」,最低為「身體風險」。二、不同性別、婚姻狀況、年齡、教育程度、職業、居住地區、海洋航行經驗次數之獨木舟參與者在遊憩專門化上有顯著差異。三、不同性別、婚姻狀況、海洋航行經驗次數之獨木舟參與者在風險認知有顯著差異。四、獨木舟參與者之遊憩專門化程度與風險認知呈正相關。根據本研究結果建議規劃女性專屬的獨木舟入門課程,藉以吸引女性參與者;獨木舟遊憩專門化宜從小養成以提高風險認知感受度;獨木舟參與者可提升參與頻率來提昇專業能力經驗累積;宜規劃多元獨木舟路線,以提升參與者對於遊憩環境和風險評估認知能力。

本研究利用Kinect抓取並定義3個基礎K艇划槳動作,在彩色影像中標記身體中軸線與節點,顯示骨架與節點資訊及黑白深度資訊,配合紅、綠色圖示提示使用者正確或錯誤判斷,提供使用者利用系統在學習划槳時能觀察自身動作做即時的自我修正。在效益的評估中,設計體驗流程,流程為:椅子上划槳練習2次,正面、側面各1次,每次1分鐘,作為熟悉系統判別、暖身與動作調整,及上ergometer划槳練習2次,正面、側面各1次,每次5分鐘,過程中記錄槳頻及觀察使用行為,每位體驗者結束後填答所研究設計之「Kinect輔助K艇划槳學習即時修正動作應用體驗態度量表」共14題及1題開放性問答。研究徵得14位體驗者完成設計體驗流程

與問卷填答,綜合討論得出之結論有:1.本系統能增進基礎划槳的自我修正參考,並可應用在推廣活動中。2. 使用流程與時間設計須依教練、教師或指導者依教學流程設計及使用者的狀態(生理情形、划船經驗等)而定。3. 須搭配專業教練、教師或有經驗的指導者在旁諮詢,以提升學習效果或後續教學銜接。
